Hillary Clinton Talks Of ‘Painful’ Loss In Concession Speech
Hillary Clinton asked her supporters to give president-elect Donald Trump the benefit of the doubt on Wednesday as he prepares to lead a divided nation after his stunning election victory.
“We must accept this result and then look to the future. Donald Trump is going to be our president. We owe him an open mind and the chance to lead,” Clinton said in a brief concession speech at the New Yorker Hotel in Manhattan.
