The folks over at a.m. coffee definitely know how to roast. This bag boasts of plums, cocoa, malic and citric acidity, a dense body, and a blueberry aftertaste. Prepared as an espresso, it isn't shy with the blueberries on the second pull. Prepared as a pour-over, it may be considered wasteful and a disservice to the beans, but would be a pleasant brew nonetheless.

Purchased at 950Php, the drink is well-worth the experience. Something different from the usual.
