Event: Election of Towa City

*You see the news of a huge event happening in Towa City. After spending so much time being leaderless and aimless after the death of the Towas, the city is holding an election for someone to become the city's new mayor. The candidates are listed on the city election website. The news report ends showing live footage of each of the candidates with your attention focusing on a certain young fancy dressed child with a crown. This could be worth taking a closer look at.*

"Perfect. Now come along. Dinner's ready." *Shirokuma leaves the room.*

Zarbon let out another sigh before following her. This is so humiliating... but better than dying he supposes.

*He enters the kitchen to the sight of a massive feast. Chicken, lobster, ham, and so on was all over the tables with the children eating in peace. It's almost like an all you can eat buffet.*

"I bet Dodoria would love a feast like this." Zarbon said upon seeing the sight.

"Join in, Mr. Zarbon. There's enough to go around. Just be sure to remember your manners."

"As if someone like me would forget them." He flipped his hair before he walked to the table.

*As he took his seat, a kid whispers to him.*

Child: "Try the crawfish etoufee. It's to die for."

"Yeah. Sure. Fine." Zarbon responded. He's of course not the best of moods but he'd grab what he wanted and some of that.

*Upon tasting it for himself, he's blown away by the blast of wonderful flavor of the food. Whoever made this must be a god of cooking if it's this tasty.*

"At least the food is quality." Zarbon commented. At least it made things slightly more tolerable.

"So Zarbon, tell us about yourself. What made you work for Frieza?"

"My main reason was power. I didn't really care that my planet was invaded. Actually I worked for King Cold before he retired and the Cold Force was given to lord Frieza."

Child: "Is that kind of path really lonely?"

"I guess it depends. Not for me when I worked under Lord Frieza and King Cold. There's plenty of men on the spaceship so you're not really alone. Hard to get lonely. They also had excellent healthcare and you were paid well."

Child: "So you had lot of friends at work?" *I mean there's Dodoria but it's debatable if the two were ever really friends.*

"We didn't like each other. But I do kind of miss us insulting each other. I had considered joining the Ginyu Force but I don't want to be forced to do those ridiculous poses of theirs. And then there's Jeice. "Oi! Let's have a battle to decide which of us is more beautiful." He makes into a competition."

Child: "Oh yeah. Those weirdos. I kind of liked their weird poses."

Child 2: "I was more of a fan of their silly energy. Must be because that ginyu guy has such an charismatic personality." *Well that's one way to describe ginyu's antics.*

Child: "Mr. Zarbon, did frieza send you to destroy our planet?" *Shirokuma states at zarbon ominously.*

"Not at all. I'm collecting the Dragon Balls for myself since Lord Frieza isn't around."

Child: "So what do you plan to wish for? A trillion dollars?"

Child 2: "A harem of lovers to serve you day in and out?"

Child 3: "Turn Frieza into your groveling slave?"

'What are they teaching children these day?.' Zarbon thought to himself. "I want to be eternally beautiful. That would require immortality."

Child: "Really? And then what will you do after you get your wish?"

"Besides being beautiful? I might make the Zarbon Force."

Child girl: "Zarbon force? What will that be like? A military force full of hot sexy guys like you?"

"Shoko! What did I say about using such crast language!?"

Child girl: "But it's a possibility!"

Zarbon snorted a bit. He was actually a little amused. "At least I know that the Earthlings still have good taste. But no. I'll be looking for strong men. Mostly the strongest from their planets like me. I think I'll go for quality first. Then quantity."

Child: "Cool. So do you think earth have some strong people?" *Well there was goku who,was raised on earth, so technically.*

"I've met an interesting Earthling before. There's bound to be a few like him but I don't think it's likely that they will join me."

Child: "Well you are crazy evil, so it is unlikely they would. Unless they were those jerks from the abyss."

"Jordan. Be honest with me. Does royalkuma really have a shot at winning this election?"

Jordan: He does, and that's what worries me.

"W-what? Why? I thought Royalkuma winning would be a good thing. THe children seem to think so."

Jordan: He's in the Abyss Order rebellion, and one of his competitors seems to know. They are trying to expose him.

"What!? The abyss!? That scary faction that Monomuma warned us about!? But how!? How can that be!?"

Jordan: Long story, but just know we are on the same side for this matter.

"I......hope so...." *Shirokuma sits down while the orphans do their best to comfort them. As Jordan watches the conference, he notices something. A blonde woman in the crowd. Lumine. She starts walking towards the backstage.*

jordan sends Percy a text, and Percy looks at it, then at Lumine. he gets out of his seat and confronts her

*The moment Lumine spots him, she runs at him and slides under between his legs and rushes for the backstage. The chase is on. Eventually, Percy corners her backstage.*

Lumine: "You're fast. You are Jordan's brother."

Percy: Yep... and you are an other wolder, Lumine was it? You were hired by Shohei, correct?

Lumine: "Other worlder? Heh. I've been in teyvat for so long, I got used to the word 'descender'. But yes I am. As for being hired, that's where you're mistaken. I approached him with an offer he couldn't refuse."

Percy: To expose Royal, who is actually Louis? You don't know everything.

Lumine: "I know enough to know that the rebellion must be quelled. They've caused enough problems and must be dealt with. But as they are enow, it's clear I can't defeat them. Now you and the Hope Foundation on the other hand."

Percy: Not happening.

Percy shows her photos of Amarara and Delta's son being adorable

Percy: You are harming orphans and babies doing this, lass.

Lumine: "As the princess of Khaneri'ah, I am willing to do anything I must to perserve our future and reclaim what was taken from us, no matter who gets hurt." *Like her brother, Aether. Otherwise known as the traveler.*

Percy: Well then, if you hurt my family, the New Hope Foundation won't help you. So you need to think about who you hurt.

Lumine: "Then I guess this is where our partnership ends. Enjou!" *Someone takes Percy and steals his hacking gun and then teleports away.* "Give my regards to your brother and my apologies for what's about to happen." *The thief reappears in the crowd and aims the hacking gun, firing it at Royalkuma's red eye. It hits and leaves Royalkuma stunned, falling to a knee while covering his eye.*

Reporter: "Liu Shan!?"

Shohei: "I knew it. He's no Monokuma fanboy. He's a robot, just like the rest of those horrible monos."

"U-Ugh......."

Jun'ichi: "What sort of trick is this, Liu Shan? Or perhaps, the latest member of the Monofamily, Royalkuma?" *The crowd starts to become restless in the fact of this reveal.*

Percy gets on stage.

Percy: EVERYONE QUIET!!! He's indeed a mono, but you must know something. HE'S PROTECTED BY THE NEW HOPE FOUNDATION FOR THIS!

Percy throws papers of Armara and Delta's son.

Peter: He's protecting babies and orphans that have nothing to do with the event.

Jun'ichi: "How can you side with those vile monos after everything they've done to this city!? Have you no shame!?" *Hitomi, surprisingly, goes over to Shan to make sure he's ok instead of trying to twist this in her political favor.*

Hitomi: "Hey, are you ok? Here." *She helps Royalkuma stand up while large TV screen the stadium has glitches and starts showing scenes. Scenes of Heaven falling under the illness Michael created while he talked with Royalkuma about how it was progressing. Another memory showed him within the abyss performing brainwashing experiments on hilichurls. And another memory shows him underwater with some abyss monsters setting up bombs beneath the towa city.*

Audience member: "What the fuck!?"

Percy looks surprised.

Percy: I was right, You are Louis. Or at least Louis possessing him.

Jordan looks more surprised, he has a lot of evidence that Royalkuma was not in heaven or in the abyss at any time.

Shohei: "As you can see everyone, these are this machine's memories! It shows him infecting those angels with a deadly virus! He could've spread that very illness to us in Towa City! His memories revealed some brainwashing technology being experimented by those creatures! No doubt they were humans turned into monsters and are now being used as lab rats! And now his final memory shows him planting bombs underneath our city! He intends to sink us to the ground, like the little terrorist he is!" *The crowd became angrier and angrier. They're on the verge of rioting.*

"No....royal, why? Why would you......" *Shirokuma is on the verge of tears.*

Percy: CAN YOU ALL JUST STOP?! THIS IS WHAT THE ABYSS WANTS YOU TO DO!

The screen then glitchs and then shows a face of Glitcher, laughing.

Glitcher: Fake. Fake, these are fake.

She mocks.

Percy: What the? Glitcher's ghost?

Shohei: "And now look! Just like with Future Foundation, the new Hope Foundation is trying to defend the monos! They can't hide their evil nor their cruelty! The monos must be punished for what they've done to our city!" *Just then, the screen glitches and something surprising. A file on someone that looks like a younger Shohei, a younger jun'ichi, and Hitomi's aunt.....and their crimes. The crowd gasps in shock.*

Jun'ichi: "Huh? what is this?"

"From years ago...."

"When I exposed you two, Yuna, and Mr. Towa's crimes!"

Hitomi: "Crimes? My auntie's a....."

"Yes.......It was several years ago, when I was just a prototype helper AI for Tokuichi Towa. I had two purpose: serve the Towa family and act in a manner that is accordance to the law. From there, I served him faithfully. Shohei and Jun'ichi, whose true names are kaiba Gomaru and Ehi Nagatsuchi, were two of his top employees along with Yuna Miyuki. Mr. Towa.....engaged with a lot of illegal activities. Deals with the Yakuza, cons that stripped those with so little of their lands to spread his name, secret dealings under false pretenses, the list goes on. I met an investigator that had obtained the evidence to expose Mr Towa. But they accidentally uploaded the info into my computer and failed to send it to the police."

"Dhe would be caught by Towa.....and killed to keep her silent."

Jun'ichi: "wwit. You mean the one that leaked my dealings was you?!"

Shohei: "Jun'ichi, be quiet!" *The memory shows royalkuma, who went by the name of H3LP3R at the time, being ordered by Mr. Towa to delete the info. At first, he was about to comply, but hesitates. After a while of doing nothing, H3PL3R forwards the information to the police a memory of the next day plays, showing a livid Tokuichi chewing out H3LP3R for what he did. Eventually, his anger would reach it's peak and he shuts down H3LP3R, calling him a defective failure. Royalkuma tightens his hands into fists after hearing that again. Ouch.*

Jun'ichi: "......Well...i better get going... Hehehehe." *Jun'ichi starts running away.*

Glitcher closes the door in his face

Percy: Okay... that's something.

People were talking to each other, half were still livid with Royal, and the other half were contemplating the fact that the new hope foundation is trying to defend babies and kids and this new information until-

Reporter: Wait, are you controlling that AI that is doing that?

Percy: Nope, She's a ghost and was never part of the New Hope Foundation. I don't even know how she... Is a Sota Tamagachi in the crowd? Raise your hand.

*Everyone in the crowd was confused because no one knew anyone by that name all the while Hitomi was shocked to hear her aunt's crimes for herself after looking up to her for her whole life. Shohei, in his panic, grabs the freaking out Jun'ichi and points a gun at his head.*

Shohei: "OPEN THE DOOR! OPEN THE DOOR OR I'LL BLOW HIS BRAINS!"

Jun'ichi: "You backstabbing psycho! Let me go!"

Shohei: "SHUT UP! I'M NOT GOING TO JAIL LIKE THIS!" *Before he could act, he saw Royalkuma suddenly appear in front of him and then kicks him square in the face, knocking him out.*

"Behave yourself. This isn't kindergarten."

"Oh, of course." *She leads him inside and pours him a cup of tea.* "Ok then. So what did you want to talk about?" *before Mash could speak, royalkuma came down stairs.*

"Everyone is asleep, auntie. Oh, mash. Good. I was looking for you. Mind if we speak somewhere more private?"

Mash takes a sip of the tea as he felt like he needed it. He felt like he just needed the truth from Royal. He wanted to hear it from him and not use that hacking gun Hu-Ki gave him.

"Yes if you don't mind Royal-san." Mash said as he stood up with the tea cup in his hand.

"Thank you. Auntie, shiro. We'll be right back."

"Ok. Take care you two." *The two leaves the orphanage as Royalkuma leads Mash to the park.*

"So....how was the investigation?"

Mash: "Well i will be honest the investigation has hit a turn that i am a bit worried about...and i don't know if i am ready to face what's going on..." Mash answered Royal honestly. What he said to Hu-ki was bluff. He didn't know if he could trust him either...so he lied about stopping both sides because he wanted to hear from Royal himself. What is his true plans.

"Is that so? And why not, might I ask?"

Mash: "Because..." Mash pulled out the hacking gun and then crushed it right in front of him. Mash knows Royal probably did use one of the dark creatures to watch him but he was going to defy those expectations of what he thinks is going to happen. Mash has HISOWN ways of doing things.

"I want that truth to be from my friend and not just from some guy from the abyss tricking me into hurting someone i know and thinking it is going to be a benefit..." Mash said as he is looking serious at Royal.

"I see. And what would you do if I choose to tell you nothing? Will you attack me?"

"I won't do that. I am not going to attack someone who is a friend just because they won't tell me the truth. If you are going to wait till the right time to do it then i will wait...and if never? That's fine too..."

"I see......Then I apologize." *he picks up the device, well, what's left of it, and starts walking off.* "I guess you'll have to wait indefinitely." *He leaves, taking the hacking gun with him.*

Mash could tell Royal is feeling bad for not telling him things. Mash grips his fist tightly as he watches Royal walking away with the pieces of the hack gun. "It's fine Royal..." Mash said to himself as he is turning away himself. "...I will still protect you and the others...and i will do it...with my fist even if i am seen as an enemy." Mash said as he knew he had to do...stop not just Shohei and Jun'ichi but now Hu-Ki. "Shohei, Jun'ichi, Hu-Ki...you pissed off the wrong person..." Mash leaves to go train at a gym.

*Elsewhere, the hacking gun was being fixed by someone.*

???: "Sure you don't want to tell him?"

???: "He could've been a great asset to our cause."

"No. Its unlikely that he'd side with us if he knew all the risks. It's better to keep him distant. However, he did us a huge favor bringing this to me."

???: "Oh? What do you mean, your majesty?"

"I got an idea. One that will turn this election in our favor." *The next day, Royalkuma was getting ready to attend the Q&A conference. He looked...somewhat nervous.*

Mash had shown up to the Q&A conference. It toke a bit since this is the first time he has gone to one of these but he was there to support Royalkuma who he can tell was nervous.

"You nervous about being on live tv...or guess live streaming in this case Royal?" Mash asked as he was eating a cream puff he got on the way here.

"Both. This conference could make or tank my chances of winning this election."

"I get it but i feel like you will do well...plus if Shohei and Jun'ichi try anything during this...i will step in if i have to..." Mash puts a hand on Royalkuma's shoulder. "I have faith you will get threw this...i just know you will..."

"Thank you, mash. I promise you that I will not fail you or Auntie Shiro." *He takes a deep breath and smacks both of his cheeks together.*

"I'm off." *Royalkuma takes his leave for the stage, ready.*

Mash knew that Royal was doing his best. He knew he had to trust Royal...he must have reasons for the things he is doing.

Mash: 'I hope that hacking gun i destroyed in front of you helps...now it is time to watch this go down...' Mash thought to himself as he headed off to where people were going to sit and watch the Q&A.

*As he watches the conference, he notices something in the corner of his eye. Someone was sneaking backstage. It looked like that Hu-ki guy.*

Mash sees the person sneaking backstage. Mash knew this was Hu-ki guy was the one to give Mash the hacking gun and now he could tell...he was trying to do something bad here. Mash gets up from his set and sneaks backstage himself to stop Hu-Ki. 'Not on my watch Hu-Ki.' Mash thought to himself.

*He would soon find the man trying get to the top of the stage.*

Hu-Ki: "Oh. Hello again. I see that things have taken a turn for you."

"They haven't i am just doing what i feel is the right thing to do." Mash said as he could tell Hu-Ki was trying to do something to stop Royal. "May i ask why you are trying to get on top of the stage?"

Hu-Ki: "So you couldn't put the rebels' leader down. The princess won't be pleased. No matter. If exposing him won't work, an assassination attempt must be made."

Mash: "See Hu-Ki here's the thing..." Mash then grabs Hu-Ki and gives him a very angry look on his face.

"There is going to be no fucking assassination attempts on my friend...because you pissed off the wrong person..."

Hu-Ki: "Goodness me. Aren't you aggressive? Well then I have no choice." *He places h hand on Mash's chest and blew him back with a blast of fire. The flames danced around Hu-Ki's body as he stood there with a smile.* "let us see....." *His form changes into something more demonic like.*

"Just how strong your so called 'fists' truly are."

Mash is able to taken the hit of fire and lands back on his feet as he got blown back. Mash grips his fist before pointing it at Hu-Ki.

"I have faced people like you before...i will protect this world and my friends and family...with my fist. So let's do this." Mash said as he ran right up to Hu-Ki and gives him one HARD punch to the face.

*A barrier of fire suddenly erects around Hu-ki, holding Mash's attacks long enough for Hu-ki to dodge and counter with a ball of fire.*

Mash starts to suck up a lot of air and once the ball of fire got close he spits/shoots a small projectile that had the the speed of a bullet at the fireball. He has done this trick once before against a mighty dragon.

*Hu-ki dodges again by the skin of his teeth as he summons pillars of flames at Mash.*

Hu-ki: "Hear the inferno's call! Let the flames of redemption rage!" *They start increasing in amount and ferocity.*

Mash pulled out a iron wand and forcibly changing the shape of the wand to become a paper fan. He then starts using it on the pillars of flames to put them out with the force he was using the fan.

Mash: "Let me put out those flames for you!"

Hu-Ki: "Goodness. You're scarier than I ever expected. Resourceful too. But it's going to take more than that to quell my flames...The rupture begins!" *His flames intensifies as their continues.* "Feel the great power of the abyss!"

Mash: "So this is the power of the Abyss...you remind me of someone who had an abyss like thing..." Mash said as he then starts to breath in air again and raising the paper fan. He then not only BLOWS at the flames but makes one powerful motion with the paper fan to blow ALL of his flames away.

*Despite this, the flames refused to be quelled as Hu-ki fought Mash. Meanwhile at the conference, Royalkuma was holding up pretty well. His nerves are calm and he answers most of the questions calmly, though when asked about his plans for the city, he continues to give vague answers like 'I wish to fulfill my purpose and restore this city bit by bit' or something similar. Nothing clear, but not negative enough to upset anyone.*

One of the reporters speaks to ask a question.

"Hello my name is Doppo Kunikida of the Tokyo Shimbun...i would like to ask a question. Liu Shan...what are your thoughts on the Kuma Family? As you know the other three candidates here have shared there views on the Kuma Family so what about you?"

Jun'ichi: "This otta be good."

Liu Shan: "A lot can be said about the Kuma's. Sadistic, cruel, aggressively bloodthirsty, you name it. But to say that they're all like the father of the family, the late Monokuma, would be close minded. From what I use, they seem to be no different than other human beings, regardless of their past. Shirokuma, for example, has been working really hard to look after the many children that they orphaned long ago. So here's my stance on the mono family: though capable of being threats, they pose no threat to the world nor have any desire to see the world burn. That's how I view them." *The crowd chats among themselves about Liu Shan's words.*

Shohei: "Is this that how you really feel?"

Liu Shan: "Yes."

Mash takes a sip of the tea as he felt like he needed it. He felt like he just needed the truth from Royal. He wanted to hear it from him and not use that hacking gun Hu-Ki gave him.

"Yes if you don't mind Royal-san." Mash said as he stood up with the tea cup in his hand.

Hu-Ki: "Goodness me. Aren't you aggressive? Well then I have no choice." *He places h hand on Mash's chest and blew him back with a blast of fire. The flames danced around Hu-Ki's body as he stood there with a smile.* "let us see....." *His form changes into something more demonic like.*

"Just how strong your so called 'fists' truly are."

Mash is able to taken the hit of fire and lands back on his feet as he got blown back. Mash grips his fist before pointing it at Hu-Ki.

"I have faced people like you before...i will protect this world and my friends and family...with my fist. So let's do this." Mash said as he ran right up to Hu-Ki and gives him one HARD punch to the face.

*A barrier of fire suddenly erects around Hu-ki, holding Mash's attacks long enough for Hu-ki to dodge and counter with a ball of fire.*

Mash starts to suck up a lot of air and once the ball of fire got close he spits/shoots a small projectile that had the the speed of a bullet at the fireball. He has done this trick once before against a mighty dragon.

*Hu-ki dodges again by the skin of his teeth as he summons pillars of flames at Mash.*

Hu-ki: "Hear the inferno's call! Let the flames of redemption rage!" *They start increasing in amount and ferocity.*

Mash pulled out a iron wand and forcibly changing the shape of the wand to become a paper fan. He then starts using it on the pillars of flames to put them out with the force he was using the fan.

Mash: "Let me put out those flames for you!"

Hu-Ki: "Goodness. You're scarier than I ever expected. Resourceful too. But it's going to take more than that to quell my flames...The rupture begins!" *His flames intensifies as their continues.* "Feel the great power of the abyss!"

Mash: "So this is the power of the Abyss...you remind me of someone who had an abyss like thing..." Mash said as he then starts to breath in air again and raising the paper fan. He then not only BLOWS at the flames but makes one powerful motion with the paper fan to blow ALL of his flames away.

*Despite this, the flames refused to be quelled as Hu-ki fought Mash. Meanwhile at the conference, Royalkuma was holding up pretty well. His nerves are calm and he answers most of the questions calmly, though when asked about his plans for the city, he continues to give vague answers like 'I wish to fulfill my purpose and restore this city bit by bit' or something similar. Nothing clear, but not negative enough to upset anyone.*

jordan sends Percy a text, and Percy looks at it, then at Lumine. he gets out of his seat and confronts her
