It turns out that the royal scientist was a caffeine-addicted manchild who stumbled from one explosive accident to the next. In the midst of that chaos, a mutagen was developed that can turn monsters into humans. "Human Candy" started back in 2019 and the story is now at a point where I can give it a proper ending. That's still better than my creativity burning out and the comic never reaching any kind of ending. 🤔

So let's enjoy that last part of the journey, I'll give my best! 🤩

Kuttie, zewi is just like Jax from the amazing digital circus XD, same personality as each other.

Well, while they have a few similar design choices like the grin, their personalities are very different. Zewi for example would never play cruel pranks on others just to see them suffer.

HOPE is an acronym. It stands for "Holding On to a Permanent Existence". Alphys created it for Gaster's case and is basically saying "These guys are glitches in the system, be careful!"

Okay, I started to sketch the next page and I realized something. When I look at all the already planned events and stuff that's supposed to happen next in the story, it seems a lot like, well...

it seems like "Human Candy" will end in 2026.

After seven years of work. I feel sad that it'll happen so soon... ish (knowing my horrible upload schedule and my slow drawing speed) but I'll give my very best for that last part of the comic's journey.

After that my OC comic project "Magift Stones" will start. I'll include its first page on Webtoon as a reading example right after Human Candy's ending. (It also has its own blog here on tumblr.) Maybe some of you will stick with me and my new story, maybe not, we'll see, hahah.

Until then there's still some time left, after all.
