  "So are you remembering the fire and who your real family really is?" He questioned her as he held her close to him.

She nodded a bit, hiding her face in her shoulder. "Everything was a lie..."

  Derek tried to calm his sister down, "I'm here, it was just a nightmare" he muttered to her softly as he rubbed her back. "What did you dreamed about?" He asked as he caressed her hair and down his back softly.

She swallowed hard, shaking her head. "Everything." She mumbled, staying close to her brother.

  "Hey, I’m here with you. It’s Derek" he said softly to her as he tried to wake her up. “Rhia open your eyes" he told her in a more serious tone. “Rhia” he called again as he took her hands and shook her lightly, but enough for her to wake her up from whatever nightmare she was ahving.

When she woke up, she scrambled to cling to Derek, panting hard. "Derek..." She whimpered, her voice the same as it was as a kid when she cried for her big brother to help her get to sleep on thunder filled nights.

Derek smiled as he felt Rhia’s heartbeat steady, meaning she had fallen to asleep. He was falling asleeo himself before he noticed her to start shaking, “Rhia" he whispered to her. “Rhia!" He called out again, only that this time was louder, he said as he held her close and lightly shook her.

The brunette stayed asleep, mumbling in her sleep. "N-no... I-I need my m-mom." She mumbled over and over, hands gripping Derek's shirt tightly.

Derek hesitated for a bit as Rhia leaned against him to rest. He bit the inside of his cheek before smiling lightly and holding her close with one arm. He started to humm a song their mother used to sing to them, hoping it will start reminding her a bit of her real life.

Rhia smiled softly at his humming before slowly drifting to sleep. She was barely asleep for five minutes before her body was shaking, her memories hitting her in her sleep.

Love on a Wire

Rhia was used to the habit she had with the pack. She had a house that the pack lived in. Rhia always got her own room, as well as the twins and Deucalion. Kali and Ennis usually shared a room, or were in another person's bed. She had given Isaac her address and figured there wasn't much he could figure out about the house that was different. The only thing that was important to anyways was the fact it was about a million dollars. Plus, it looked that way too. Werewolves had a way to get nice homes though. 

The dark haired girl waited outside as she listened for Isaac. She sat in the small hottub they had with her hair tied into a bun and her dress to wear on the date laying out on a chair with a towel. When she heard someone pull up, she sighed softly, getting out of the water and not bothering with a towel. She walked to the front of the house where the driveway was and waved a bit. "Hey, you wanna come back to the pool with me? I just gotta dry off and slip on something."

  "Don’t force yourself to try to remember alright?" He asked her softly. “Just rest here with me and I’m sure everything will come to you when you wake up" he told her softly.

Rhia nodded a bit, leaning against Derek and resting there. She shut her eyes, feeling the tired feeling wash over her body.

  Derek rose an eye brow as Rhia pulled out a necklace from her back pocket. It was the exact Pooh necklace that him and his mother picked out for her. He frowned though, at the mention of Deucalion adopting her, “Rhia, mom and I picked that for you because you adored Pooh Bear. Although I actually picked it up to annoy you to see if kids at school will make fun of you, but even then, I did it with the best intentions” he said softly. “Deucalion didn’t adopt you Rhia, he is using you for his own benefits” he said softly. “You need to believe me” he almost pleaded as he looked into her eyes.

Rhia looked at the man who was her forgotten brother carefully. "I... I just... I just can't remember." She swallowed hard. All she could ever remember was the fire if she tried hard enough. "I'm really trying, but I can't. It's like I'm hitting a wall."

  Derek frowned as Rhia explained that she could only remember the fire, the smoke and then Deucalion. His sister asked him to say some stories before the fire, "Of us? Well, you and tour twin sister, Cora, used to annoy me and wanted me to carry you both around on my back. You were the only human of us" he said with a smirk as he looked down at the floor.

"Then.. there's this." Rhia added, taking out a necklace from her back pocket. It was a silver necklace with a Pooh Bear charm on it. What she didn't remember was growing up and loving Winnie the Pooh. So much so, that her favorite Christmas present before the fire was that little necklace that Derek picked out with Talia. "It's been with me since Duke adopted me."

Rhia rolled her eyes, sighing. “Why, demon wolf?” she hissed. “To get to my family? To ruin them because they’ll figure out I’m alive?”
