So, for my first set, I figured I better start with something I have interest in, as well as I somewhat engaged with (wth my english?) so here is a simple face care routine hueheh. its my actual routine you guys so pls dont b mean ok .-. im currently using all products mentioned above except the Mamonde rose mask bc i ran out out of it. they sell it for like, 186k IDR now. thats almost twice the initial price i bought it at, idk what to do with my self now OTL. ah yeah disclamer stated prices are mostly inaccurate.
i know you might think OMG WHAT SIMpLE WHAT DATS A HUNDRED PRODUCTS RIGHT T H E R E. i know, bc thats what i thought when i first learned abt k beauty too. but hey, trust me, this is so very short. others, especially those who lived in very dry climate has waaaay longer routine than mine. like, twenty, twenty five steps. i would also like to mention that caring for my skin does NOT EQUAL SKIN BLEACHING. I AM NOT IN ANYWAY TRYING TO BLEACH MY SKIN. it is an attempt to slow skin aging as I live in a very very sunny country ( the sun ages you!!! more sun exposure equals faster aging). so!!! now that thats cleared up let me break this down for you by the order it is applied.

This is an oil Cleanser to remove all your makeup! Oil cleansing is very important bc i use sunscreen everyday and this really melts it off along with my makeup! my reason as to why i choose this product is because... its inexpensive hueheh. i got this for like, 90k Rupiah. less than 9 dollar with shipping included. neat right! it is almost scentless too.

what your oil cleanser can not do, you make up with this remover! the sole reason i use it is bc it smells so, so nice. and like any other Korean makeup remover i guess if you hold a soaked cotton down your eye area for like 15 seconds, all those waterproof eyeliners, mascara, eyeshadow, brow gel will be gone in a swipe!! how convenient is that!!! Also do not let the price scare you as I only paid 80.000 IDR for this. ^^

there is nothing special about this foam cleanser haha I am just finishing this. i bought this because it was said to be a good one for combo skin which I have. but it really just feels like any other Innisfree foam cleanser. It smells like artificial Apple... not my favorite smell either but hey, a little goes a long way with this, so I guess theres that. i bought it in April, and its august now but I still have about half a tub. I paid 87k IDR for this.

a toner is good to prep your skin for the following nutrients to be applied, but i use this toner as a wipe off, just to make sure i get every dirt off my face. it is honestly a great wipe off toner i always got more dirt even after I cleanse twice. though i also heard it is discontinued now. I made sure afterwards that my face is completely dry as i am going to apply actives. Oh, this product is advertised as a 90% natural ingeredients meaning the other chemicals are only 10% of the whole bottle but i can not tell how true that is. the main ingredient to this is Bulgarian Rose Water. bought this for 6k IDR I think.

Exfoliate!!!!!!!!!!! Is actually a new thing for me haha i read a few blogs and idk it seem like exfoliating is important so Im doing it now because I liek the idea of having clean pores eheh. meaning you prevent acnes before it happened basically. this is a chemical exfoliator meaning it cleanses your pores from the inside. its also an active afaik so i need to wait for abt 15 mins before i apply the next thing. scentless and very light in texture.

But what is exfoliating? I guess the shortest answer would be to get rid of dead skin and impurities. this is the physical exfoliator that i am using!!! people rave about it left and right and i suppose theres some truth to that but at this point i think its already overrated hhe. it is a good product though. It is a very lightweight facial lotion, 87% ingredient is green tea water, which is an antioxidant that is good for your skin. its supposed to balance my skin out, and I will say it does the job pretty okay. it smells something Im not familiar with and tbh it turned me off a bit at first but i can handle it now. it moisturizes pretty well though. it has butylene glycol pretty low on the list too.

Okay first of all i bought it for like 90k IDR, tops. online bc there is no innisfree stores here sobs. anyways I have tried the tony moly aloe gel and its honestly too sticky for me, and the perfume for gods sake and everything that is holy, i can not. my friend whos tried the NR one said they smell similar so the NR is definitely not an option. and then while i was browsing and generally looking around the innisfree website ( i am secretly an innisfree trash but conceal dont feel) i saw an aloe gel. like whoa. my favorite brand. aloe gel. whoa. so i ordered one online right and ya kno it smells weird if you try to smell it lol but if you dont try you wont smell a thing so i try not to. its alcohol free too. i initially bought this because i a need an occlusive to seal my skincare thingy on my face and i heard these are pretty light so i went for it. it was an okay product i didnt really find it mind blowing despite the rave reviews of soothing aloe gels online UNTIL I HAVE ACNES. i usually dont have acnes but ive been having acnes this past few weeks and on one night after a really terrible day of red and irritated acnes, i slept with this gel on and by morning the bumps all dissapear. they shrunk, and they dries, and left me with a noticably darker spots where the acnes were, but smooth, smooth skin. it was a miracle. Miracle, I tell you.

I used to sheet mask twice a week now its just once a week bc Ive been lazy idk why lol. sheet masks are good though it moisturizes and soothes your skin instantly. there are people who sheet masks twice a day. Girl I cant imagine the pollution you cause like hdu sleep at night knowing what youre doing to mother nature. its one of the reason why i cant bring my self to sheet mask so often. but yeah it is a very effective product since it locks the moisture in with the essence soaked sheet and all that. Usually after Im done with this I just sleep (with guilt filled heart).

(honestly this was long okay). i know everybody says moisturizing is the most importantest thing ever in skincare but if you live in a HOT AND HUMID AND GENERALLY HELLISH WEATHER WITH THE SUN FEELS LIKE ITS METERS AWAY FROM YOUR HEAD, sunscreen is your number one necessity. do not debate me on this. use it everyday. NO SKIppING EVER. remember if you dont wear it, all the pennies you spent on your beauty regime is wasted because you did not protect your skin from the Death Ray to your collagen. I have warned you. Choose sunscreen that sits well under your makeup if you wear makeup. your skin will thank you. this product for example is a chemical sunscreen meaning it has no white cast so it will not mess up with your skin tone. it also dries fast. it is supposed to be not expensive, so thats why its a holy grail product to a lot of people. Just like a broken bone, depression can change the way your daily life plays out, and pushing yourself too hard and getting frustrated when you don’t feel better is just like trying to run on that broken ankle and getting frustrated when it doesn’t heal.
