Yes, it is indeed true that we can process men of pretty much any age or physical condition into quality Malebots.
There's layers of mental conditioning and programming which can be applied and phases of physical modifications and optimizations that can be sequenced.
There is some truth to the concern that younger men are generally easier and less costly to upgrade. Their brains often have far fewer entanglements involved. But, it's also often the case that older men have a greater innate desire to be relieved of responsibility and have an actually greater willingness to submit, which can make the formation of a proper operating system more likely to succeed.
The younger men really want guidance and support to help them build confidence in the decisions they make and the actions they take. Often they really don't want to become drones, what they want is a CoPilot guiding them, and influencing them, making them feel more confident and powerful. These often become valuable Controller units in time, slowly becoming more and more automated on the one hand, while collecting groups of subordinate men, toys, and drones on the other. Some become invaluable as trainers and programmers, actually.
Then we have the older men. These are delicious to develop and alter because, as noted, they need to go through phased transformations, which, for those of us who get off on transforming men into bots, gives us many more opportunities to experience them being whittled away. It gives us much much more time over which we can savor chipping off bits of their humanity and chunks of their physical being. We can peel the layers of their mind, like an onion, glueing them back together bit by bit in new and delicious ways. Their bodies start adjusting, and adapting, taking in technology, accepting the nanobots which will adjust them physiologically much more readily.
These older men can be take further, molded deeper, processed into ever more unusual things. Some are content to be given the same sort of guidance as the younger men. Some really want to be turned in to sex toys, being revitalized into simulacra of their younger selves with a new lease on a vibrant sexual life that they still remember from not so long ago.
Others really truly want to become slaves of a sort. But with all the understandable negativity attached to what has been a horrifically non-consensual abuse of humans in the past, they strive for a reinvented, modern reflection of this power dynamic. One consensually entered into with a dominant partner, and one which they are able to accept more fully, and more deeply thanks to they nonbiological training and hardware. And, given the processing which enhances their strength and flexibility, they are far more capable at being the sort of non-dominant partner/associate/spouse than their former human self could be.
And then there are the special cases. These men, having lived long, complicated lived, have a deep desire to be radically transformed, objectified if you will, they hope to shed any resemblance of humanity, being transformed utterly into specialized things, possibly humaniform in vague ways, but often in truly bizarre manners. The processing will expose what their potentialities are, and the database of desired units accumulated from our interactions with potential clients at our 'experience venues' and 'tester parties' will guide the creation of toys and tinkers that are customized and molded to the more unusual predilections of our best clients.
These sorts of creations cannot generally be made from younger human raw material, as they don't have the complexity of experience and awareness to be able to actually bond with the desired result.
That's the fascinating thing in the end with the work that we do. As much as we have clients who love the idea of forcibly converting unwitting subjects or taking revenge on former (or present) adversaries, it's truly astonishing that we have never been able to get programming to stick, or modifications to not be rejected on any raw material who didn't, at some level, WANT to be transformed.
But we're working on that...see our experimental prisoner processing program for more information there...
