watched event horizon with my dad. holy fuck it's a good movie.

immediately noticed so many parallels between it and the bifrost incident. attempts at faster-than-light travel that break the laws of physics, investigation into a vessel disappearing with all crew dead, unknown cosmic horror threat tied to the void of space and dimensions, a maddened captain/leader bringing everyone down with them and turning evil, unknown if the survivors even got away from the danger, body horror caused by cosmic madness... yeah do we see it. DR WEIR IS ODIN.

stupid flowery thing cuz my brain broke

a funny misinterpretation of a flowery sprite led to me editing one pixel on the image to make him pull a funny face.

heres the original that i mentally misinterpreted. facing to the side and aurafarming

here's the edited version which is basically a representation of what i initially saw the sprite as. literally only one pixel changed and now flowery looks like he has social anxiety ":|"

the concept of jon being good at rhythm games, especially ddr. he played them tons in uni, competing with friends on the regular. so much so to the point that he unintentionally became a pro.

one day during their days together, jon tim martin and sasha have an outing and go to the local arcade together. theres a new ddr machine, and tim is pretty decent at it himself. jon steps up to the machine like "alright then, ill take you on" with tim expecting to win cuz he's never seen jon play any games at all.

tim proceeds to get fucking destroyed.
