“Cris it is. Sorry,I just don’t get a lot of chances to meet other hunter’s lately.” She tried to find her composure but she was more like being in the line of sight of someone far above her years. His experience was appreciated. “I’m probably a rambling mess, but I’m not the best at spotting other supernatural’s yet. I mean vampire’s are easier than most, but I’m pretty inexperienced when it comes to merefolk or the faeries. That last one r sounded like a myth till a few weeks ago. Wolves……yeah just figure if anyone had cool suggestions for cheats on how to spot that it might be you.”
“No worries. We do seem kinda scarce around here, don’t we? It’s a shame. A place like this could use a lot more hunters.” He listened to what she wanted to know and pondered for a minute. “Faeries and merfolk are the hardest to spot, though I tend to leave them alone anyway. They’re not usually the ones doing the most damage but faeries are usually super attractive and depending on the faerie, might be poking into your head so if they know more about you than they should that’s a decent clue. I don’t have much else for them. Mer are the toughest unless you catch them near water. For wolves, though, you’ve come to the right man. Easiest way to tell is to wear something silver, like a ring,” He held up his ring to show her “so that when you introduce yourself and shake hands, you can either cut them with it or touch them with it, accidental like, and then if it burns them or they react in a really dramatic when, you’ve got your wolf. Wolves also burn hotter so that’s another way to tell. You could carry some wolfsbane spray and like fake a sneeze or something as another way to identify them.”
