About my cat:

It's already generous enough for my parents to buy cat food and feed the stray cat, but we can't afford the vet nor will my parents let me take the cat to the vet. We went to the vet once because Mona (the cat) was practically dying and I had to beg my parents to let me take him, but they said that'd be the last time.

However, I did some negotiating and we agreed that if I could make my own money and pay for the vet, they would let me take Mona there again.

USD is worth A LOT when converted to my country's currency, a vet checkup + medicine for my cat's cough is only roughly 20$ if I paid using USD, though I probably need more if I want to fix his leg (he's limping). If I get any extra money, I will use it to convince my parents to let me take Mona in as a house pet.

But do know my dad really really doesn't want to use the money I raised from the commissions for the cat. Just because he wants a petshop bred cat. I am upset about this.

And with that, my priority with this post is just to help my parents with earning money and building my own experience

ugh not even mentioning graduating junior high this friday and getting braces the day after hello?? irl problems should be ignored cuz theyre irrelevant and i love drawing more (i havent drawn in over a month)

My dad wants a cat but he wants a pet shop bred cat instead of the stray cat we've been feeding, and I am just SO sad. The stray is sick and I got funds from very kind people who commissioned me but my parents still won't even take him to the vet

Scared rn, haven't seen Mona in a while.

Usually he comes out of his spot and gets in my garage when I open the gate because we feed him, but I just came home from somewhere and he didn't come

I hope he's just going out for a walk, but I don't think injured animals roam like that, do they?

He might be hiding. Likely somewhere close, but cats tend to hide when they're injured. One time I thought my cat had gone missing because he was so well hidden in the house.

I tried calling him with food (and he responded with multiple meows), but it seemed like he couldn't get back down because of his leg. He then disappeared behind another roof which was the wrong direction if he was going to come down to me.

I decided to wait a little longer outside to see if he'd come down, but he didn't, so I left a little food outside and went back inside. I'm just glad he's still alive
