While the hood itself almost looks like rubber it's leather. This is a David Barnes aka Leatherbound aka Master U "modular" hood. They were custom made to measure with the options you wanted. The quality of the leather and fit is amazing. And you can snap on different front pieces to have an open mouth, attached gag, muzzle, open eyes, tight blindfold, etc. In this case the sub would have to work to get enough air and talking would be impossible. I was in his London shop and left with a big precum stain in my underwear.
