" I was thinking maybe if I showed Grandfather a new way through the hotel he'd approve of it and the redeemtion would be accepted through the methods we show; the Happy Hotel has a tone of potentional! " as she was slid the drink she was eager to try it as shown by the little bounce hin her seat. taking the drink she took a small swig of it before setting it down. a few ticks of her tongue and she gave a small hum. " I am sure there is something other then the contract. " she tilted her head as she eyed him before grinning a little. " the drink is amazing. I know of course water should be supplied at the bar for those who are over drinking. but I also think we should add simple syrupy drinks with no sugar for those who can't have them. "
His ears twitching biting back his reply. He doubted the old man above wanted to change his mind on something that was likely going, very well for him. He started to sort the glasses in the sink. "Why is it wrong to be content with myself? I don't need to meet his standard of "good" nor do i gotta meet your view of rehabliated. My agency is tied to one and I don't need to rock that boat." He shuddered his eyes drift to look at the shadow that was cast across the floor. Husk moved his wings to better block. "Ya need to also remeber that the humans down here, are here for a reason. Ya make shit to comfy for um, what's the point of evene trying to make it out here? Never make the gig too sweet. " He said placing a few glasses away. Husk looked at Charlie dully. He had been through so many song and dances with the residents of hell. Husk didn't have the capacity to deal with snappy attitudes. "If they don't want sugar they can order something else. I ain't wasting shelf pace on one guest. If they wanna bring their substitutes and I'll use it."
