What do you think a swap au with flippy, fliq, and lumpy wouls be like? Id imagine flippy and fliq would be twins and play into the troupe that theyre total opposites, lumpy fought in the war and... idk what else

I've been overthinking it for YEARS and it hurts my brain haha.

I realized a few things for myself personally: I don't like to think of Flippy and Fliq as separate people in separate bodies at all, and EVEN MORE so as brothers. Yes, they are siblings-CODED, but it's about relationship dynamic, not an actual label. The fact that Flippy and Fliq are two different personalities, but two PARTS of ONE consciousness and they are NOT independent separate people (this is how DID works) is like the most important thing ever and making them separate human beings castrates them as characters in my mind.

But I do like to think about how they could be separate only when there's no serious context or background. Like, «they split up because of magic» or «here's a New Year's special art where they kiss Lumpy on both cheeks because don't ask» or something.

And Lumpy! Yeah I have two separate AUs for him. Where Lumpy has DID and his alter is Jumqy. But Jumqy is basically just Fliq in Lumpy's skin. It's kinda the whole point.
