The Tetris effect occurs when someone dedicates substantial time, effort, and concentration to an activity and thereby alters their thoughts, dreams, and other experiences not directly linked to said activity.
Novaturient is a dystopian and bright city separated by districts, brimming with excitement and entertainment provided by the Corporation Heads. Inspired by shoujo manga/anime and RPG elements, the citizens of Novaturient become magical "girls'' and complete quests and kill monsters called Vagabonds in a capitalist hellscape.

STORY SYNOPSIS
PINK OVERKILL!!: The main story and takes place in present-day Novaturient– It follows a new high-keyed magical girl, Deco, and their aloof industry veteran companion, Eve. Together, they pursue their dreams endlessly, even if it means splattering a little pink. (Vague plot ideas finished)

APOCALYPTIC EQUOS: Following 4 orphans, Vive, Almagro, Laimos, and Mori, who are grappling with becoming adults and magical girls. At the same time, there is a call for a Grand Hunt from the Capitol District itself, calling for four magical girls to become idols of hope to the city; they may have an opportunity to dominate the lifelong leaderboards. The quartet must find a way to keep up with the ever changing world and to keep exploiting their own trauma for popularity to a minimum. (Plot outline finished)

WHAT IS NOVATURI GOING TO BE/WHEN IS IT GOING TO COME OUT?
I have plans on making Apocalyptic Equos a visual novel ^^ Ideally all of them will be visual novels but some combat/choices may be needed and it may expand. I'm not sure when it'll come out... hopefully not in 20 years?? But it'll be awhile since School™ and Commissions™ and because I'm the only one actively working on Novaturient.
The most significant change to what has been previously established because the concepts of the previous power system has been changed to psyche, anima, and emotions rather than strength, endurance, charm, celerity, and potential.
Some minor grammar tweaks
Revised Vagabonds sections as well, these two tidbits are the most important:
"The incentive of more energy is also why the Corporations will generate names for vagabonds in order to create more fear in the general public through bounty listings and press releases."
"Vagabonds will also drop “loot” or steorra: the remnants of their palisoul upon death and the form of currency in Novaturient."
Very minor update this time, but changed all the vagabond rank names from the Greek alphabet to Star life cycles.
"They are classified by risk levels determined by how strong their palisoul magic is, going from lowest to highest, Nebula, Mass, Supergiant, Supernova, Neutron, and Void."

The different pseudonyms for the primordial silt for each district added (this was changed before but it was such a minor change i didn't want to create a log for it)
Minor adjustments in wording and colors to make the format prettier (lol), specifically for all the sections in THE DISTRICTS OF THE CITY, though new information for A.I.shire Mechanics has been added/reworded.

I’m glad so many people have discovered Judith “Judy” Heumann through this silly little gif set. I am sorry to say she has died at the age of 75. She was known as the mother of disability rights. In 1970 she sued the Board of Education to become a licensed teacher and she won. In 1977 she was one of the organizers of the 504 Sit-in, a 24 day protest for disability rights. You can learn more about her story from her book Being Heumann, the picture book Fighting for YES! or the documentary Crip Camp.
Judy Heumann believed in the inherent value of each disabled individual and would never back down on what she thought was right. Her friends and fellow activists remember her as a strong leader.
I did a paper on her for one of my college classes! She’s so cool! Here’s some facts!
She’s Jewish and born to immigrant german parents who migrated in the 1930s
She has been in a wheelchair for nearly her entire life due to contacting polio at a very young age.
Due to her wheelchair, she was actually barred from most schooling including kindergarten as her wheelchair was deemed as a “risk.” because it could be “in the way” if there was a fire.
She was the first wheelchair teacher in New York after suing when she was once again denied her license for the same reasons she was denied kindergarten.
She worked as the Assistant Secretary of Education for OSERS for 8 years
Her parents, especially her mother, were big parts in her becoming an activist as her mother Ilse was a community organizer and fought hard to get her daughter as much education as she could, it was her activism that helped her daughter and other disabled children be allowed to enroll in High School instead of being separated into a specific disabled school. (We don’t have time to go into all that but tldr; those schools sucked and its a genuine accomplishment disabled kids no longer have to learn in like, cramped attics that didn’t teach anything)
She was a founder of the organization Disabled in Action! She didn’t just organize sit-ins, she helped RUN the organization that was organizing them!
The president she butted heads with the most was Richard Nixxon, this isn’t that important I just know everyone loves when he gets dunked on
She helped CREATE THE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES EDUCATION ACT!!! I cannot express to you just how important that is, if you have basically any kind of disability, this act is a big reason you were able to go to a public school instead of being shoved into a warehouse.
The Black Panthers helped with the 504 sit-in! They helped bring food because the organization also included black disabled people, and one of the members of both, Brad Lomax, asked for help!

Honestly I could keep going on but she’s genuinely one of my heroes and was an amazing person who it is not an underestimate to say changed the world for the better.

really interesting that paris AND menelaus are ares' favorite, i mean for obvious reasons for menelaus since he's so revenge hungry he nearly immediately kills paris when he even THINKS gets the chance to, but you wouldn't immediately think pretty boy paris would... but i think in part its because him still being alive brings so much strife, if ares is able to keep him alive, the war can still keep going even if its no longer just about him, menelaus, and helen. I also think that because paris is aphrodite's favorite, ares wants him to stay alive... that's his girlfriend's favorite guy...
