Stormy’s Asks Master Post
So it’s been a while since I did too many of my specialty ask days, and I just learned that we can now pin posts on Tumblr, so I thought to write out a master post of all of the special types of asks you can send me!
Normal Asks
Ask Stormy - if you don’t label an ask in any way, I just assume it’s one of these. Ask me stuff, I’m a pretty open book.
Ask Master - Send questions you want my Master, @tohypnofu, to answer, about hypnosis or me or us, or anything, really, and I will post his response. You can send him asks directly, too, but I am often a little better at responding in a timely manner.
Master and Me asks - These are a little more fun. Ask a question for Tofu and I each to give an answer to, and we will! But the answers will not be labeled with who gave them, so you get to guess who said what! Prize for a correct guess is a shout-out on the post.
Pet Persona Asks
Ask Ellie - Ellie is a sweet, shy, innocent hucow who loves making people smile. She is very caring and always eager to help with anything she can. However, she can be easily spooked if someone is mean to her or is too blatantly sexual with her, so be gentle.
Ask Pepper - Peppermint, or Pepper, is my puppy persona. She is enthusiastic, excitable, clever, and curious. She’s also a bit of a motormouth. Pepper can handle sexual questions, but she is deeply devoted to her Master, so don’t expect her to want to play with your bone.
Vial Asks
Now, the vials are an especially cool kind of persona transformation Tofu and I devised. He originally used vials to dose subjects with pleasure, but we took the vial idea and ran with it. So, these multicolored hypno-viruses come in little glass vials that go into a special injector gun that injects them into me. The vials then produce different effects, depending on the color of the liquid within. These effects last for five minutes, or until another vial is used. Originally, when we released them, people were asked to guess what they thought the effect was, but I’ll be nice and post them here. Especially since some of them have special rules.
Alteration Vials - still me, but with a twist
Pink vial - Pink makes me a bimbo. Ditzy, dumb, oversexed, vacant, with a love of shoes and clothes and hot boys and cock. Pretty self-explanatory.
White vial - White makes me a more generic hucow. Dumb, docile, with interspersed mooing.
Gold vial - Gold makes me trancey, spacey, and fuzzy-headed. Much like when I stare at spirals for a while.
Pyrite vial - Pyrite makes me a pathological liar. I will answer your question in the most ridiculous way I can think of. But this one works a little differently. Rather than staying in liar mode, one the ask is posted, I forget about it for five minutes, or until someone mentions it to me, then go back and answer it the way I normally would have if you asked me directly. These answers can get kinda fun and crazy, but just remember: all that glitters is not gold.
Persona Vials - full-blown other characters, with their own histories, backstories, and appearances. Some of their stories intersect or overlap, and Tofu and I have a pretty complex world we’ve built around these, where some characters are ancestors of others (so they fit into two timelines, the old world and the new world, or past and present). I’ll try to include some of those connections, and any significant characters Tofu plays in their worlds, if they are relevant. Many of these kinds of asks turn into miniature roleplays or stories, and the asks can be phrased as such, if you wish.
Royal vial - Azila, an old world princess, is fiery, strong-willed, and chafes at the bonds that royalty places upon her, even if she might use her station to keep away those she finds odious. She is kept mostly to her tower, although she sometimes walks the gardens, roams the castle, or allows her subjects to seek an audience with her to hopefully bend her father, the king’s, ear to their plight. It is rumored that a strangely charismatic commoner, a man of many travels and just as many mysteries, visits the princess in her chambers at odd hours, and is allowed in with little resistance.
Crimson vial - The Dread Pirate Stormy is an old world pirate captain, confident and free, clever and quick with a laugh. She occasionally picks up a charismatic stranger on her voyages, and the two enjoy a good-natured battle of wits and wills.
Emerald vial - Jess is a new world rich girl. Her father has many enterprises, and Jess often ends up running and planning events and parties for him, while also working on a law degree. Jess is driven, organized, and empathetic, wanting to help stomp out injustice in the world with her money, resources, connections, and future career. For now, though, she is content to plan and study in her little villa off the side of the main house. She often gets visits from Stan, the son of an archaeologist that her father has dealings with, who shows her many curious artifacts he and his father have found, as well as technological advances that his other father, a professor and scientist, has designed.
Kuro vial - Kuro is an old world witch. It is whispered throughout the lands that she is all-powerful and has the ability to grant any wish. However, she only has one rule: any visitor to her tower can only speak one single word (or phrase, just no full sentences). What the whispers never say, though, is that she is cruel and sadistic, and that while a visitor will receive a magical effect based on their word, it will not be a blessing, but a curse. (Rather than asking Kuro a question, an ask might be phrased, “Kuro vial - hockey”, and then she would describe a curse based on the idea of hockey.) She is granted her powers by a mysterious Dark Master, some ancient powerful being whom she serves and to whom she offers every curse she and creates and every modicum of chaos she sows.
Lilac vial - Lilac is Kuro’s feline familiar. A soft, fluffy grey cat with striking violet eyes, she sometimes appears to visitors in the form of a grey-haired young woman with the same violet eyes. She will not only answers questions about herself, she will answer questions about Kuro as well. She might even answer questions about magic, or secrets she has heard whispered in the darkness, but only if she feels so giving. She is a cat, after all, and fickleness is a part of the package.
Neon vial - Becky is a shy student and assistant to the Professor. Very eager to be of assistance but anxious, Becky often stammers, but when she is focused on a task, she becomes confident and her speech smooths out. She is obviously enamored of the Professor, in more than just a professional way, but she will deny it if asked outright. Often, when explaining about the Professor’s experiments that she gets involved in, she trails off and blushes furiously, making you wonder what sorts of things might go on in that lab...
Steel vial - Lyla Steel is a rough, tough-talking, hard-eyed new world monster hunter (think like the Winchesters in Supernatural). She has an arsenal of creature-killing weaponry and magical items, and the lore knowledge and tracking skills to back it up. But as hard as she seems, she often finds herself in over her head, having come in overconfident and not fully prepared. She’s faced ghosts, werewolves, naga, vampires, and even just some men with magic that they have abused for their own gain, and often come out confused, disheveled, but strangely satisfied.
Beryl vial - Dr. Beryl Valoria is a scientific researcher for an experimental facility dedicated to the "promotion and production of women in science".
