She is, admittedly, struggling to imagine herself being addressed as 'Your Majesty.' She's doing her best to mend Hyrule, day after day, so surely the people would have no issue seeing her as such. She's worried, rather, of her own anxieties, and when would even be the right time to be made Queen of Hyrule, when she would deserve it.

. . .why go above and beyond the mortal realm to flirt with Hylia, when you could just as easily flirt with the incarnation of her, instead? This one is pretty cute all things considered, and you don't have to break through ancient magics and seals to reach her.
