another year, another chance to say “i’m in love with im changkyun”.
in all seriousness though, 2019 has probably been my best and worst year ever. i’ve met amazing people, reconnected with old friends, fulfilled some personal goals and managed to learn a lot more about myself. however, i’ve also been through so many hardships, and i was even close to giving up on a lot of things i set myself out to do due to fear. it was a roller coaster of emotions, but i wouldn’t have had it any other way, because it has been a year that has allowed me to shape myself into the person i am today, and gave me insight on the things i need to improve about myself in order to become even better.
2020 will be a year of revelations, be them positive or negative, and i trust that it will be a year that will benefit the Good and punish the Bad. i have high hopes for this year, and i will work extra hard to achieve everything i set myself out to do, and i’m wishing that all of you reading this find it in yourselves to muster the courage and strength to reach for the stars!
