That's it, Feminism, I'm done with you.
Not too long ago, I couldn’t understand why a woman would not identify as a feminist. I knew the term came with a lot of baggage, but I was willing to defend it. I was determined to take the movement back from the misandrists and the perpetual victims.
I still believe that institutional gender biases exist. I still think that women are wonderful, complex, and varied human beings that deserve respect and self-determination.
But I don’t want to take the movement back anymore.
This was the straw that broke the camel’s back:

While people around Zeynep Tufecki were being tear gassed and beaten, she decided to dedicate 1500 fucking words to the real injustice happening here—her Patriarchal Mandroid Cockphone was too big for her dainty lady hands. The article also gained traction on Jezebel.
This is the egregious offense being held up as evidence of a male-dominated society that conspires women down.
Tufecki doesn’t speak for all feminists. But then again, who does? If you’re about to tell me that the author of this embarrassingly self-absorbed article isn’t representing feminism, well, who elected you queen?
These are not real problems. And in the face of real problems, the feminist movement always prefers to take on the role of the victim.
Feminism is supposed to be about gender equality. So why is it that the loudest voices in the movement are more interested in listing petty non-issues that feed their victim complexes:

Most rational people will disagree with this shit, but if you are a feminist, unfortunately these people speak for you whether you want them to or not. This kind of rhetoric has long since gone mainstream.
When I say that I am not a feminist, other feminists will condescend, question my intelligence, and accuse me of self-loathing. Some, like in my example above, will declare me a criminal.
I have been told that if I am pro-equality, I am a feminist whether I want the label or not. I have been told that my personal choices and private habits are invalid and weak-minded. I have been told that consensual sex with a male partner is rape, no matter if I enjoyed or wanted it.
I became a feminist because I believe in individual agency and treating all people with basic dignity. I quit because I care more about those things than I will ever care about making men feel bad for existing.
Fuck your little club. Buy a different phone next time, dumbass.
