20+ years ago I started an AU where remnants were Shin-ra side project that Rufus didn't know about (Like Deepground but under Modeoheim). They were an attempt to obtain another Sephiroth but this time coming in a team of 3 and grown with Dr. Moreau vibes.

So I wanted to make some reflists and compare OC with canon charas.

Among canon Kadaj, Loz and Yazoo there were other remnants but only two of them matter. One is on the left to Kadaj, H-03-l who is nearly insanely loyal to Shinra and claim them as his only creators and masters thus having an ultimate power over remnants as a specie. Unlike Kadaj he's a mage with supportive Limit breaks and nearly never uses a sword but, like, he can do so. Unless he's ordered to, he never kills or even harms people too but, like, probably keeps firaga + all for a battle.

Another remnant left to Yazoo is Yukio, a marksman in H-03-l team who is blindly loyal to his brother and even killed the third member of their team for a betrayal (his act of murder is a secret tho). He was born with a birth defect and had his leg amputated but his prothesis allows him to use dragoon jump + his weapon of choice is a rifle with a bayonet that acts like a spear.

Unlike Kadaj who was slain by Cloud and Loz who disappeared without a trace, Yazoo, Yukio and H-03-l have survived Aerith's holy rain but lost their bonds with Sephiroth and Jenova cells.

In the end of pt. 1 Yazoo joins the Turks because he couldn't stand the labs. He has lost one of his Nightmare Velvet guns in AC and while he still has another one, it's just too heavy for him and has a huge kickback + it's hard to find proper bullets since he can't charge it with magic anymore. So he uses the Turks standard ammunition instead. I've also updated his suit a bit.

Let’s talk about how the W.I.T.C.H. animated series absolutely outdid the original comic books during the Nerissa arc.

This piece is inspired by that dark and intense moment from Season 2 where Nerissa traps Elyon inside her staff after stealing her powers. Honestly, the entire storyline of Nerissa collecting the Hearts of different realms through pure cunning and deception is easily my favorite part of the whole show.

To be fair, if you look at the comic book version of this arc, it was a complete mess. It was so chaotic and hard to follow—randomly introducing black slime, kidnapping Caleb for bizarre reasons, and cluttering the narrative with confusing subplots. The animated series simplified the whole conflict, and because of that, it felt much more cohesive, dramatic, and grounded. It didn't look nearly as silly or convoluted as the source material.

What if...

What if things were different? Sometimes I think about how the past generation was once happy and carefree, until it all ended so sadly. So it was nice (and bitter) to draw this kind of AU

If you've been wondering why there were no IB pages, I've been busy with a one-shot for a Lovecraft comic Zine. This is a comic version of "In the walls of Eryx" Right now I've 9\12 pages and feel really tired but I just have to finish it till the end of this month.
