USA ā A āCONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLICā, NOT A āDEMOCRACYā ā CHARLIE KIRK
THE UNITED STATES IS LEGALLY A āCONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLICā, AS ESTABLISHED BY THE CONSTITUTION, WHICH CREATES REPRESENTATIVE INSTITUTIONS AND LIMITS "MAJORITY ACTION".
THE FOUNDING FATHERS DESIGNED THE U.S. GOVERNMENT TO AVOID THE PITFALLS OF BOTH āDEMOCRACYā AND UNCHECKED āMAJORITY RULEā.
Video is brutal. Case is as strong as it can get.
Another corrupt DA.

Enough blame to go aroundā¦
Biden. Fauci. Autopen.
REPOST
i haven't seen much about this but FYI cities are quietly changing from flock to other surveillance cameras/services and hoping you don't notice so they can say they 'de-flocked' when in reality they just changed providers
stay vigilant kids
šI think this is largely true. Thereās a post going around (canāt find it currently) saying basically ākeep the pressure up against Flockā and lists several examples of wins from public pressure to āde-flockā. First on the list is the LAPD. Example of another such post:
Hmmm. šāsort ofā. But you have to look at the details. And whoās making money along the wayā¦as always.
You really have to look into Flock and the funding. First off it started live in 2017 and is supported by a variety of federal funding.
Here we are some NINE years later screaming BS. NINE YEARS LATER!!! And you might say ok it took a while to figure out how insane it is but understand someone, somewhere thought the entire concept was a great idea. MANY had to agree to it. A fantastic idea. Your rights be damned letās do thisā¦and make some money. AND get the taxpayers to pay for it. And people in the government said āokey dokeyā¦but I need my kickback tooā. Same as every last corrupt thing. Everyone along the way was wrong. Think how many people that involved at the local, state, federal levels. Thousands.
A 2017 start means it went exponential during Trumpās first term. Why? How? Argument could be made he largely or entirely didnāt know because swamp gonna swamp. And he made some bad personnel hires too. The entire process could have been concealed from him and those most trusted. I feel thatās a very valid argument. But yet here we are.
Biden admin took the exponential growth and made it go thermonuclear. Naturally.
āWe won against the LAPDā¦keep it upā.
Not exactly:
Ohā¦itās paused not canceled. Ok but maybe thatās semantics.
Cameras still in place. LAPD canāt access the data PREVIOUSLY paid for via taxpayers money. (That is an ironic good thing BTW but the return on financial investment is poor of course)
And the convo centers around data privacy and use. Which should have been the very first thing talked about in 2017ā¦but it wasnāt. At all.
Talks going forward center around a new contract. Not getting rid of the cameras. And LAPD owning the dataā¦
Sounds good or at least ābetterā until you put it togetherā¦itās the exact same thing just word games. When operational, there was no difference who actually owned the data. It didnāt matter. Flock just got pissed they werent gonna have their contract renewed so they took their toys (the data) and went home. But they still have the data. And the cameras are still there. And when funding returns for a different brand name they will do the same thing.
āOh but it will be different because the LAPD will own the dataā
You think the LAPD isnāt going to share the data with the state and Feds? This is by very nature a police surveillance state.
Bottom line there was some optics and theaterā¦but it didnāt go away. Itās just gonna get rebranded. As always happens. The program is itself unconstitutional and needs to just go away. Entirely in public places.
If you really want the deep dive get on X and just search for āflockā. Youāll get an instant masters class on it all.
