I started crying randomly at school today.

Nothing happend. Nothing triggered me.

Midway of chemistry lesson just tears started falling out of my eyes.

The emotions hit later.

İ cried for Two lessons without anyone noticing. İts not like i was sobbing. İ wasn't even sniffling. Just tears.

I decided to improve my life from now on

Having depression doesn't really stop anywhere at least that's what's been happening to me for the last 5 years

İf I don't stop taking this on my own hands I'm gonna spiral

I decided to take care of my health my grades my relationships with my friends and my family, and I decided to journal.

This doesn't mean that my life is getting better right now it's actually in a very lonely and sad time but

No one can help me if I can't help myself and I want to change that I don't want to be sad anymore I want to live and have joy

I'm still a teen this shouldn't be how I livee

Maybe I'll post here some stuff about it all my thoughts

But from now on I'll try to do my best to get that control again

Because people keep blaming me for having depression and stuff which is of course not true it never is and I don't believe it but it does affect me

They're kind of rights at some points.

But I have been trying too. Just not this much.

I want to try this too even if it isn't my fault in the first place.

Today isn't really over yet, but.

I attend a summer camp. And it's the first day. I'm super stressed. I really reallllllyy don't wanna go there. There's a bunch of people from my elementary class there. İ don't really like them either. One of them use to steal money from my house 😭 and it was in big sums too, not small stuff.

Also they made an exam and made the class according to it. Mine didn't go very well soo... I'm scared I'll be in the third one but- oh well...

İ met some girls from summer school and they were SO FUCKING MEAN. DUDE. I DONT EVEN KNOW YOU WHY SO JUDGEMENTAL??

That's it for now, I'll update this post after I'm back but, to sum everything up.

İt went extremely well!!

So uh, afternoon was pretty boring and i slept in the class a lot. The kids weren't that bad but i don't think i could be friends with any of them eighter. The teachers were extremely nice though especially the physics teacher :D

But when i got home my blood sugar dropped so fast and so bad i almost fainted
