Thoughts on people saying Scott/his personality adapts to the person he’s dating? I could see that being somewhat true

i’ve seen this take too, but i don’t think it’s right. more like he already chooses girls that are into what he’s into - country music, tailgatin, sports etc. his hair has stayed more or less the same for 10 years and so has his sense of style. how has he changed for any of his girlfriends? he was already a skater when he met jess. he was already into baseball games and beach vacations when he started going to them with cassandra. he was already talking about curling in vancouver before he met kl. and he’s like a fuckin olympic gold medalist - ppl who think him going to the gym on christmas eve is because of crossfit jackie r nuts

in fact, the only difference i ever saw in scott was when he suddenly grew his hair out long for someone who preferred it that way, and when he suddenly got a spiffy new wardrobe to impress some girl at a fashion shoot and have dinner with the editor in chief of vogue japan
