Empath
Hello to all the beautiful creatures of the world! This is my first blog post and I’m very excited for this journey to see where it takes me!
I shall first tell you a little about my background, I went through a tough phase in life that led me to find myself again and I discovered that energy runs deep in me and all around me. I feel energy everywhere good and bad. I somehow attached myself to the people I’m closest with so I feel their energy even from miles and miles away and even if I don’t talk to them, somehow I pick up their emotional state. This is called being an empath.
This can be a good and bad thing depending on how you look at it, you can help those hurting and you can celebrate with those happy!
If you too are an empath then protection is your best friend. Meditate. Ground and center yourself. Breathe, take a deep breath and let it go. Go outside on a windy day to let the air cleanse you. Grab some crystals (I love selenite) and carry them with you through your day. Find what works for you and do it!
Use what gift you have for good! No two people are alike and that’s what’s so great about life! Be unique and own it! Be yourself and don’t look back!
