First, he's grown up with no father as a slave,son of the Force, then found by Qui-Gon Jinn, thus brought to a new life of glory as the “chosen one”, then he falls in love, which is forbidden to Jedi, and finds out his mother had been kidnapped and brutally raped (this gave me nightmares). He then seeks revenge and finds the #darkside. He stands against his master, he even kills a lot of young innocents just to save his beloved one. And then he becomes Darth Vader. And Darth Vader is… well... #DarthVader! He's a torn character, unbalanced between his passions and his good heart. He's seen in crossed legs/lotus pose in a meditation chamber, in “The empire strikes back”, and it's known that both Jedi and Sith have to concentrate a lot to control the Force, and to meditate too. . To prepare for this pose, just do a regular Star Pose, then lower your pelvis while keeping the legs wide, the arms can be in a mudra, on your knees or just basically wherever your body allows you to place them!
