Kurt Hummel

The odd fluttering Kurt got in his chest when Theo agreed to have dinner with him shouldn’t be there. It’s just a dinner, between two friends… It doesn’t mean anything. Kurt thought to himself as he suppressed the blush that was creeping across his cheeks while the two handed the girl the duelling wands back. He couldn’t help but laugh slightly, now that he’d been paid - and paid well it was nice to actually be able to afford to go places. To not have to live in his Dad’s basement, granted sharing an apartment with Matt had been a little depressing lately ever since Frannie dumped him… Again. Kurt wanted to move out and into his Mom’s old house, formerly known as the Order Hideout, but he didn’t want to hurt the guy.

"Fine, my treat - but that also means I’m picking the place." Kurt said with a soft smile, unthinkingly he took Theo’s hand in his own before he quickly added, "brace yourself." With a soft smile and disapparated the two of them in a smooth, even crack. They reappeared in Holyhead by a small bistro that the boy often frequented. He’d met up with a few clients from PensTV a few times before, and Kurt had become a bit of a regular. Kurt didn’t want to, but he let his soft fingers slip from Theo’s more calloused hands.

Theo Motta

Theo wasn't phased at all when Kurt took his hand. He instead, looked down at it and slightly smiled. It really has been awhile since he had gotten into any type of relationship or friendship that had hand-holding since Rachel. Truthfully, he was slowly starting to get over her, though the heartbreak was still just as painful as it was in the first place. He knew though that Rachel was in good hands -- and that at least, she was happy with the St James character.

They apparated to a bistro and the familiar surrounding got him to realize that they were in Holyhead. "I won't complain as long as the place you're taking me to have the best dishes that could fill my appetite," he slipped his hands into his pockets then and started into the place, taking a seat by one of the booths inside. "So tell me, mate, how have you been?" the former auror decided on making small talks with the latter.

Yeah, that makes sense and I get it. Sometimes we all need time to reflect and think things over. But that still didn’t tell me if you’re okay.

It has. I have been okay. I’m on the English World Cup team and am helping my sister to coach a team of Little Snitches… but yeah. Things’re good. How’re you?

Kurt Hummel

Kurt felt himself flush at Theo’s words, he really hadn’t wanted the werewolf to notice his… Leering, yet unfortunately he had. Kurt “I - I am not.” Kurt said, stammering slightly as he moved to stand in front of Theo, he couldn’t help but admire the sweat glistening off of his face. I really am the worst liar Kurt couldn’t help but think to himself as he tried to chase the thoughts from his mind.  

"True, it was a little boring for my taste. Are you hungry? I’ve worked up a bit of an appetite." Kurt said as he tried to change the subject from how hot Theo looked when he was duelling, hopefully dinner would be a bit calmer. It’d be nice to eat with someone who wasn’t Dave or Quinn, Quinn tended to always complain about the service while Dave sometimes forgot to use cutlery.

Theo Motta

Being a former Auror and all, he could tell if someone was lying to him. It only made him smile a little more at Kurt's little blush and denying, but he wasn't going to tease the male any further than he already have. Theo thought of the time where they'd once slept together -- of course, Kurt had tried to blackmail him about it -- but deep down, Theo is surprisingly okay with that. No matter how hard he tried to deny it, secretly, he did like it a little. He was brought back to reality at Kurt talking about going for dinner and he shrugged like it wasn't a big deal.

There werewolf stood up and grabbed his coat and duffelbag, walking towards the exit and handing the woman the wands back. "Only if you're paying, mate," he jokes and steps out of the building.
