Some style practice for my favorite pug, cleaning up his palette.
Character for my next DnD campaign - Fortune. A tiefling who was dragged into slavery, and escaped after an enigmatic dragonborn tapped into his power with the mark on his arm. He vows to find her again, swindle the slavers who ruined his life, and do it all before the mark kills him.
MAW: the feral assassin An original character concept I’ve been designing for fun. MAW is a ravenous demon with an insatiable hunger. After being imprisoned for the danger he posed to society, he came to rely on his senses - so much so that he preferred to hunt without sight.
MAW’s playstyle would be as an assassin, using his senses to track opponents anywhere. Once he’s locked his eyes on his prey, he tackles them and claws away at them. His ultimate move involves tearing his body into a giant mouth!
Maw has been a concept in production for a few months, and has gone through quite a few variations. From an more traditional demon, to a horror movie monster, to some kind of dinosaur. Check them out above! :)
Photo of a DnD character that never made it to a campaign. The concept was a Half-Elf Fighter who transmutes his arm into rock to defend.
Self Portrait, 2018. Inking Practice
30 minute landscape/color practice.
Some more art practice with characters from my game. Working on how to structure dense, stylistic frames.
Curie: the crazed inventor.
One of the original founders of the Tesserus Collective, Curie quickly became the forefront munitions expert of the Empire. It wasn’t long before that same fame wormed its way into her head; she believed that the Tesserus Collective could hoard its technological advancements and surpass the Guardians in sheer power. She was the first of many exiled.
Curie was a fan character concept for the game Gigantic. I had a full moveset and was working on a colored version, when news broke that Gigantic was being shut down. I figured I should at least let this see the light of day. Hope you like it!
Quick practice with contrast in grayscale
Been putting in time since my Inktober piece, and have improved my inking a ton. Here’s some art for a game that I’m working on - character is my own.
A small collection of wacky DnD characters I’ve made for various campaigns & oneshots. Working with absurd anatomy is a great way to bring out some extra charm. ☺ Pictured: Simon Hemlock - Half-Drow Vampire Hunter Quoff - A Flamingo Aaracokra Druid Presto Chango - Horrible Wannabe Stage Magician
3 years ago, I started work on a Pokemon animation, and I finally got around to finishing it. This one’s been a lot of work and cleanup but I hope you like it.
If you enjoyed it, please consider subscribing to my Youtube channel as well. I’ll be trying to create more animations in the near future.
Made a little fanart/lineart practice of Pakko all grown up. Drew a little bit from Lord Knossos’ design, made him a little icier. <3
Color practice and brush testing using an old OC.
The Girl. She a world-jumper.
Dumb animated avatar. Done in Flash, pretty accurate I guess.
Style experimentation for my dog game :)
