UPDATE: FIRST AID DONE AND STARTING THE SECOND.
The first day is completely done and I'm starting the second. I can say that yesterday was a big success in every sense of the word. I managed to limit myself to just a mere 73 steps. It took a lot of prepping though and I could maybe get it to be a bit lower if I somehow managed to get a fridge in my room next to my bed and a microwave.
As for the food that I ate yesterday, I kept a constant stream of empty calories going in. Chips and cookies and crackers and other snacks that I could just gobble down really quick. I avoided proteins as much as possible. And I only ate them at the very end of my binges before I passed out to food comas.
As for my main courses, I had three major meals with some desserts tossed in from snacks. I doordashed a minimum of 3,000 calories each meal. My breakfast from IHOP and it was just a bunch of pancakes. Lunch was lasagna with chicken, parmesan and plenty of garlic bread. And at dinner I was feeling very full from all the other food. So I made it a greasy Burger spree to eat until I was too tired. And I can say I went a little hard on the amount of calories I put in because throughout the day I ate little pats of butter directly. So when it was all said and done I managed to put away 16,000 calories thanks to the butter.
The thing that I've been loving about this is that I can feel the diet affecting me during the day making me feel tired and sluggish as if my food is encouraging me to continue blazing about and doing nothing.
And I'm going to do it all again today. I can't wait to see how all of this destroys my body tomorrow. How much weight I can put on from these lazy bingees. I'm trying to accelerate my gaining as much as I can while being the lazy hog that I meant to be.
