Best Winter skin Care tips
Winter is a lovely respite from the hot sun. But it does come with its share of trouble. If you have flawless complexion, then, perhaps, you might escape from the evil clutches of winter.People with oily or dry skin aren’t that lucky.
But it doesn’t mean you go through winter with bad skin. Here are a few tips for glowing skin in winter. Don’t worry, the winter face and skin care tips are not complicated. In fact, they are every day actions that will help your skin face the season with courage.
Best Winter skin Care tips
1. Cleansing :
No matter which product you use, cleansing is a must-follow first step in skincare. This has to be followed through the year irrespective of the season. In winters, you can limit the number of times you wash your face from 3 times to 2 times and alternatively cleanse your face with cold milk and cotton ball to prevent excessive dryness.
2. Scrubbing :
Exfoliating your skin with a scrub is a given in any season. But you may want to minimize the number of times you scrub your face in winters as daily scrubbing might cause abrasion and turn your skin drier. It helps to use a mild exfoliating scrub and make it a weekly affair. You can enhance your scrubbing experience by making your own scrub using natural ingredients available at your home. Here’s a sample fruit scrub for you. 2 tbsp. mashed ripe banana 2 tbsp. of a mashed apple 1 tbsp. honey 2 dollops of your Mild scrub
Mix all the ingredients and gently scrub your face for 2 minutes in circular motions. Washing it off with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
3. Toning :
First things first, always use a mild toner that suits your skin rather than one loaded with chemicals. A harsh toner could disturb your skin’s PH levels. Toning will remove the post-cleansing residual dirt from your face. Toning not only tightens your skin but also prepares it for the moisturizer, night serum you are about to apply to the face.
4. Moisturising :
Moisturising is not just essential for very dry and flaky skin, but regular skin type must indulge in this routine too. If you are not for chemical-laden products, then you could go for any of the natural moisturizers— almond oil or extra virgin olive oil. Alternatively, you can mix the oil with your normal cold cream or lotion too. Gently massage this into your skin till it absorbs and leave it on.
Winter skin care tips for oily skin :
During winter wash your face twice a day that helps to keep your skin protected.
Use less excess face oil that doesn’t mean effect your skin after cleansing.
Switch from a harsh medicine that contains the cleanser to a creamy facial wash and keep you dry out your face.
Don’t use oil based moisturizers, as it makes your skin too oily.
Use products that have salicylic acid instead of benzoyl peroxide. Salicyclic acid tends to be less drying and decrease inflammation. Try to apply salicyclic acid that contains toner once a day after cleansing.
Avoid scrubs if you have acne problems and irritated skin.
Avoid heavy cheesy, fried and sugary foods.
Avoid damp make ups as it leads to clogging up of pores.
Keep these Best Winter skin Care tips in mind and you’ll look just as radiant in winter as you do the rest of the year.
Best Tips For Shoulder Workout (on Wattpad) https://my.w.tt/UiNb/gT9PnI7nyH There are a lot of different ways to work your shoulders, and we've collected "Best Tips For Shoulder Workout"here. All to help you build your deltoids, traps, rotator cuffs, and all of the muscles in between. Keep reading for bigger, better, bolder shoulders. 1.BARBELL OVERHEAD SHRUG: Holding the weight above your head as you shrug works your upper traps. This position also reduces the emphasis on your levator scapulae, which are often overworked. For many guys, this can lead to better posture, since these muscles are often imbalanced. How To Do it: Hold a barbell above your head with an underhand grip that's about twice shoulder width. Your arms should be completely straight. Shrug your shoulders as high as you can. Pause, then reverse the movement back to the starting position. 2.Cable Pulley Reverse Fly: This exercise shores up the commonly weak areas of your shoulders-like your rear deltoids and rotator cuff-so you'll dodge shoulder pain and boost gains in every upper-body lift. How To Do it:Stand in a cable station with the pulley on its lowest setting. Cross your arms in front of you, and grab a handle from each low pulley. Bend forward at the waist until your torso is almost parallel to the floor. Keep your arms beneath your shoulders. Pull your shoulder blades back, and then raise your arms out to your sides until they're parallel to the floor. Lower and repeat. 4.Cable Face Pull: The bench press is one of our favorite exercises. Doing too many, however, can cause a strength imbalance, favoring your front over your back. Over time, you start to look more like a caveman than a strongman. How To Do it: Attach a rope to the high pulley of a cable station and grab an end with each hand. Back a few steps away until your arms are extended in front of you. Pull the middle of the rope toward your face. Pause, and reverse the movement back to the starting position. Thanks.

Hair Tips For Men
Those who have it, love it. Those who don’t, miss it. And those who are in the process of losing it, well, they’ll do anything to keep it. We’re talking of course about hair. The easiest thing might be to blame your parents for that thinning crown you own, or the balding scalp. Yet not all causes of hair loss trace back to your gene pool. So for the sake of not being cut out of the will, cut your parents some slack.
You’ll actually be surprised to learn that there are dozens of reasons for it. And, while some are a little less common than others, it’s still important to understand how one loses their hair and how it’s linked to their overall health.
Here some best Hair tips for men
Hair Tips For Men
1. Stop Using the Comb
It’s officially time to abandon the brushes and combs. While it may seem counter intuitive to stop using these tools, combing on a regular basis actually contributes to limp strands. Over time, the continuous attention can wear out your follicles. This leads to premature thinness up top, so gently fluff your hair using fingertips instead!
2. Pat Softly to Dry
Although it may be gratifying to rub all the moisture away with a towel, this act actually weakens the hair’s texture and sturdiness. In fact, this is one of the fundamental causes of breakage. If a loss of thickness is already an issue, then you will want to be extra careful with how rough you are when it’s time to dry off!
3. Stay Calm and Avoid Anxiety
This one may seem like a no-brainier, although a lot of men forget that stress directly promotes hair loss. Therefore, relaxing on a regular basis is crucial for guys that want to have masterful manes into maturity. If you can’t chill out automatically, then try a manual override via regular scalp massages.
4. Don’t Dry with Heat
Electronic hair dryers may seem like a modern convenience, but they may be roasting your ruffles beyond repair. Excessive heat is responsible for endless cases of devastating damage. The burn ultimately generates a waxy scalp that seals follicles shut while fomenting an unfashionable frizzed effect that may be irrevocably permanent.
5. Watch the Chlorine
In addition to procuring unwanted blondness, and sometimes greenness, this common pool water chemical causes severe decay to your scalp’s foundation. Mainly, it instills a cuticle lift by forming a bind with your hair’s proteins. This link gives way to a microscopic lift, which results in dullness and brittleness. To minimize hazards, apply conditioner right before swimming!
Thanks.
Best Yoga Tips for Beginners
Has yoga crossed your mind? You’re informed it’s a worthwhile practice, but now what? How do you find a studio or know what style that’s right for you? What the heck is Kripalu? Everyone starts in the same boat. It can be intimidating the first couple times, but over time you will be comfortable. Here are a few “Best Yoga Tips for Beginners”
1.Where Do I Practice Yoga?
Where ever you decide to practice—whether it’s in a YMCA, a gym or yoga studio, start with an entry level class. There are many different forms of yoga and some can be quite vigorous in intensity and fast moving.
You may already be an athlete, you may already be in shape, but when it comes to yoga, form is everything. Alignment is everything in yoga. It’s important to learn correct posture for each pose and understand that feeling.
Many Studios describe their classes as “All Levels.” This means anyone is welcome. But learning the poses in a beginner class first will help you feel most at ease, when attending an “All Level” class.
Remember, even when you are a seasoned yogi, always keep a beginner’s mind. It may look just like stretching and bending, but you’ll find it’s so much more. Many years down the road, you may still find yourself discover something new about each pose and your body.
2.Understand the Names
Classes may be labeled Power, Bikram, Vinyasa, Classical, Iyengar, Kripalu or Forrest (to name a few). These are all branches off the same Tree, whose roots are Hatha. These styles can be vastly different.Try to explore a variety of classes and see what they have to offer. Fina a Hatha or Classical class, and then go from there. This way you’ll always remember your roots.
3.Invest in a sticky mat.
This may seem like a minor matter, but the security that comes from firm footing is hard to overrate. If you have never tried a mat, borrow a friend’s so that you can feel the difference it makes in any of the spread-legged postures and in the downward-facing dog pose. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll probably want your own.
4.Define your practice.
The practice routine you create depends a good deal on you. Define the time you have available for practice, the technique you would like to focus on, and the balance among meditation, breathing, and asana practices. Then consider the details. Are you clear about the order of your practice and the methods you are using? Are there aspects of an asana that need attention or that intrigue you? If a posture or any other practice seems too difficult, could you break it down, or prepare for it with less challenging techniques? What are the steps in the relaxation or meditation methods you have learned? If you have questions, make sure to ask your teacher for help.
5.Make space in your home.
By practicing in the same place at home you create a groove in your mind—the memory of past days’ experiences makes it easier to begin today. Store props nearby so that getting started doesn’t require a lot of running around. An inspiring image or statue, an Oriental carpet, or a specially selected cushion can mark this place as special.
6.Build a small library of books and CDs.
Yoga videos are invaluable. They offer experience with different styles of yoga as well as with different levels of practice. And audio recordings is a great way to internalize the relaxation and meditation practice of your choice.
In addition, a library of a dozen or so yoga-related books will provide a lifelong source of information. My choices would include two to three manual-style books offering practice suggestions and an overview of yoga; a copy of the Bhagavad Gita (Juan Mascaró’s translation is an inspiring starting version); a basic anatomy workbook; a copy of the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali (How to Know God remains a good beginning choice); a book devoted to the spirit and practice of meditation; something on yoga philosophy; an introduction to Ayurveda; and three books that inspire you. Build your library slowly.
7.Take breathing breaks.
Breathing is a powerful tool for managing stress. And while a few moments of breath awareness can definitely short-circuit a fit of anger or a moment of anxiety, you might consider extending your breathing breaks and using them on a more regular basis—refreshing yourself for a few minutes or longer once or twice every day. During your break you can close your eyes and count your breaths, or you can simply relax the tensions that have crept into the respiratory muscles. You’ll find that a five-minute period of breath awareness will soothe the subtle strain of daily thinking and recharge your mind. Place reminders (Brake for Breathing!) at one or two key places in your home or office. Better yet, don’t let an afternoon go by without using five minutes for this sort of mini-meditation.
Good luck.Â

Best Workout Tips For Back
How To Warm up Your Back
The best way to warm up your back is to start a back exercise with light weights. If you are going to start by working out your lats; you can warm them up with 3 sets of lat pull down; performing 15-20 reps.
Upper Back Workouts
The workouts in parts one and two are designed as two separate workouts to be done on different days. Leave two or three days between each to give your muscles time to recover properly.
You can add these workouts into a longer gym session or just keep it short and focus on the three exercises in each, making sure that you maintain enough intensity to exhaust the muscles.
The upper back is prone to injury, so don’t go too hard and heavy. Pause at the top of each exercise to make sure you’re using a manageable weight and don’t rely on momentum to power the lift, because that can damage ligaments.
Warm up for the workouts with five minutes on a rowing machine and some press-ups.
Rest for two to three minutes between exercises
1.Dumbbell Romanian deadliftHow To Do It:
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Hold dumbbells by your thighs. Keeping your back straight, bend forward at the hips and allow the weights to slide down your shins. Bend your knees slightly as you lower.
Why it works: If you keep good form with shoulder blades retracted, stand up fully at the top of the movement and contract your back, this is a huge compound move that hits the trapezius and central upper back muscles.
2.Wide grip pull-upHow To Do It:
Hold an overhead bar with your hands twice shoulder-width apart and palms facing forwards. Let your body hang straight down, then squeeze your shoulder blades together and pull your chest up towards the bar. Lower yourself all the way down before repeating. Do as many reps as you can up to ten.
Why it works: This is a tough exercise that can humble regular gym-goers because the wide grip places a massive emphasis on your underworked upper back muscles. But stick with it and you’ll soon build enough new back muscle strength to do the ten full reps.
3. Standing unilateral low-cable rowHow To Do It:
Stand at a cable stack with the pulley set to a low position and hold the handle with your palm facing inwards. Start with one leg slightly ahead of the other, bending your knees. Keep your torso square-on to the stack and then pull the handle in a straight line. Your hand should end up by your abs.
Why it works: Not only will this exercise iron out any strength imbalances in the sides of your back, but your core will also have to counteract the effort on the non-working side. This will improve rotational stability in your upper spine.
4.Close-grip seated rowHow To Do It:
Sit at a seated row cable machine and select a weight that you can do ten reps with. Begin with knees bent, torso upright and shoulders back. Hold the double D-handles with straight arms in front of your upper abdomen. Brace your core, then pull the handle in to your upper abdomen without moving your torso.
Why it works: Pulling a weight towards you on a horizontal plane is the most direct way to fire up all the large upper-back muscles. Doing it sitting down takes the lower back out of the equation. Go slow and steady and not too heavy at first – you can increase the weight once you perfect the form.
5. Upright rowHow To Do It:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell by your hips with palms facing inwards and hands in a close grip. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, brace your core and pull the bar directly upwards, taking care not to roll your shoulders forwards.
Why it works: This exercise targets the traps in the reverse movement to the pull-up to balance the muscle strength along the opposite plane of motion. It also recruits the front and mid-shoulder muscles, allowing you to move more weight and increase growth potential.
6.Back extensionHow To Do It:
Lie on a back extension bench facing the floor with your heels hooked behind in a retaining bar. Start with your hands across your chest or behind your head. Keeping your shoulders back, bend at the hips and lower yourself as far as is comfortable. Pause at the bottom to control your weight, then lift yourself up again by engaging your back muscles until your body is in a straight line from neck to ankles.
Expert tip: Adding resistance (a weight plate) to this classic exercise will increase the level of fatigue in your lower back muscles and encourage the growth of new muscle tissue.
7. Trap bar deadliftHow To Do It:
Load a trap bar, also known as a hex bar, with your preferred weight. Stand in the centre and grasp both handles while keeping your head and chest up. Lower your hips to a comfortable position, then drive through your heels and extending your hips and knees on the way back up. Avoid rounding your back.
Expert tip: The trap bar has been proven to limit the pressure on the spine caused by pulling from behind a bar, as in the traditional barbell deadlift. This is also a beginner-friendly variation, as the trap bar’s configuration helps to keep the torso in an upright position with far fewer technical requirements.
8. Knee roll
Lie on your back with your knees bent and pressed together. Keep your upper body still with your arms out wide for stability. Roll both your knees to one side along with your pelvis, keeping both shoulders flat on the floor. Hold the stretch for one deep breath, then return to the starting position.
9.Back stretch
This will ensure your lifts are not thrown off-balance. Kneel in front of a Swiss ball and place your right hand on top of the ball. Then lean forward, bending at the hips, until you feel the stretch in your lats beneath your armpits. Hold the position for ten to 20 seconds unless you are about to exercise, in which case hold for three to five seconds. Then repeat the stretch with your left arm. Alternate, doing five stretches on each side.
Good luck

Best Chest Workout Tips
Everyone wants to know how to get a bigger chest. It’s not just about size either. People want a tighter, leaner, firmer and more defined chest. Your chest is a unique muscle group that needs unique training tips.. Regardless of what you’ve read before on how to build a big chest, these “Best Chest Workout Tips”  tip will build a bigger chest.
1. Barbell Bench Press
Why it’s on the list: You can generate the most power with barbell lifts, so the standard barbell bench allows you to move the most weight. It’s also an easier lift to control than pressing with heavy dumbbells. The exercise is easy to spot and relatively easy to learn (if not master), There are plenty of bench-press programs you can follow to increase your strength.
How To Do it:Do it toward the start of your chest workout for heavy sets in lower rep ranges. Consider varying your grip width for more complete chest development.
2. Flat Bench Dumbbell Press
Why it’s on the list: With dumbbells, each side of your body must work independently, which recruits more stabilizer muscles; dumbbells are harder to control than a barbell. Dumbbells also allow for a longer range of motion than the barbell bench press, both at the bottom and top of the movement. Flat dumbbell presses allow you to hoist a fairly heavy weight, and they make for a good alternative if you’ve been stuck on the barbell bench for ages.
How To Do it: Do flat dumbbell presses toward the start of your chest workout for heavy sets in lower rep ranges. We don’t typically recommend doing dumbbell presses in addition to the barbell bench press, because both moves are so similar.
In fact, the similar nature of these movements was confirmed via electromyography (EMG) analysis, which demonstrated no significant differences between flat-bench dumbbell and barbell in regard to muscle activation.
3. Low-Incline Barbell Bench Press
Why it’s on the list: Many benches are fixed at a very steep angle, which requires a larger contribution from the front delts than the chest to move the weight.[2] If possible, go for a less-steep incline to hit the upper pecs without as much stress on the delts. You can also easily do low-incline benches with an adjustable bench on the Smith machine.
If you’re really looking to build that shelf of an upper chest, EMG results have suggested that bringing your grip in a bit closer may hammer upper-chest fibers significantly more.
How To Do it:: Many chest workouts start with flat-bench movements first, then progress to inclines, but it’s time to get out of that bad habit. Every so often, start with inclines. The benefit is that you’ll be fresher and can lift more weight, which puts a greater amount of stress on the upper pec fibers and could lead to more growth.
4. Incline Dumbbell Press
Why it’s on the list: Dumbbell presses make everybody’s top 10 list, but with an adjustable bench you can do a number of things you can’t with a fixed bench. Our favorite: changing the angle of the incline from one set to the next, or from one workout to the next. Hitting a muscle from varying degrees of incline angles builds it more thoroughly.
How To Do it: This is an occasional first movement, but it can easily go anywhere from first to third in your routine. Keep in mind, though, that the later you do this movement, the less weight you’ll likely be able to push.
For even crazier pumps with this exercise, try to slowly rotate the dumbbells from palms-forward to a palms-inward position during the concentric portion of the lift, really squeezing at the top. This slight change will cause you to medially rotate the upper arm, really recruiting your pec major.
5. Incline Bench Cable Fly
Why it’s on the list: Not many single-joint exercises made the list, but this is one of our favorites. It’s an effective move to isolate the pecs after completing your multijoint exercises. Cables allow for continuous tension throughout the exercise’s full range of motion. If you’ve got a good chest pump going, nothing beats looking back at yourself in the mirror as you squeeze out a few more reps.
How To Do it: Do incline cable flyes at the end of your workout for slightly higher reps (sets of 10-12). If you’re training with a partner, do a few dropsets for some real masochistic, muscle-building fun!
good luck
