a friendly-ish reminder not to police what others are writing. remember that some people  ( including myself )  use writing darker topics as a way to cope and heal from trauma. by all means, you can ask them to tag triggers so you can blacklist them if you need to, or put things under a readmore, that’s perfectly acceptable — though, they are under no obligation to  do so. but, please, don’t try to police other blogs.   blacklist tags, unfollow, block if need be, but don’t tell others what they can and can’t write.

AT THE SOUND OF her voice, honeymaren felt herself smile as she gave the young reindeer a quick pat to their head and turned to face her. “i see that my message from gale reached you.” she hadn’t anticipated such a speedy return from elsa of course, never one to rush her even with all of her many pressing questions about the outside world. or really, the world that elsa had known before she had taken on her role as the fifth spirit ( though she felt like some things didn’t change entirely for her, even if such thoughts were an assumption ). ever since the barrier had come down, honeymaren and her people did have a chance to sometimes venture out past the forest, even going as far as to visit new arendelle for small trade. yet that still did not feel like enough for her, which lead her to her constant questioning to elsa.

“i’m actually hoping this didn’t come at a bad time.” she continues, as hands rest in front of her. “there was something that came to mind to me, from a conversation we had some time ago. i am quite familiar with our lullabies and how some of them tend to have such… pessimistic endings, but did arendelle have any like that? or was the one that your mother told you, the one about ahtohallan, the only one you know?”
