So Tumblr
If you don’t follow my kink blog you may be unaware that I am leaving tumblr. At least closing my galleries down here. I assume if you are more about shadowlark and my safe illustrations this won’t bother you any. But I will be gutting my work from this site and moving it entirely to other locations.
I may still hold onto tumbles for notifications, but honestly I think I am just about done here. I have always felt that even my most cartoonish and fantasy adventure subjects have adult themes- so I always mark my stuff as adult only. I feel that my use of graphic violence should be considered more sensitive than silly fetish art. And I have a lot of thoughts about their inconsistency about what they deem sensitive material.
A better way of saying it is that Tumblr, as an organization, is not a platform I trust or want to be associated with. They have always been inconsistent and unreliable; I am not surprised they would throw away a user base that helped bloat their numbers once they didn’t need them anymore, and while I found the platform convenient to use - It’s the potential to reach people that made it worth it. So my safe for work material will not be hosted here either. Nor will I be putting Shadowlark on this platform like I had intended; I will still be working on a new idea for how to host that comic, and I will update with text to notify of projects. But if you want to stay up to date with me it’s going to be mostly through twitter or patreon, or even DA.
