human verse lilith is the last of the siblings to be adopted and also the one that their father had a harder time raising, mostly because he had different expectations of her as she was growing up in comparison to her brothers, and that meant a lot of restrictions placed on her. It actually wasn’t rare for lilith to try doing the same things as her brothers and being the only one grounded/punished for it - hanging out with friends after school, wearing clothes that were a little revealing, showing an interest in dating. Some of her brothers had an active dating life since junior high, yet it was a scandal in their father’s eyes when he overheard some of the boys teasing her about having a crush in high school.
The more he tried tie to Lilith down, the more she resisted until eventually they got into an argument so big that he kicked her out and she stayed gone - though it did break her heart to be rejected by her father.
Feeling ashamed and embarrassed, she had even avoided her brothers for a short time before eventually ending up on Lucifer’s doorstep in the middle of the night with tears in her eyes. Family was too important to Lilith, she missed her brothers. And from then on, she lived with them apart from their father.
Lilith has appeared! What to do?

lilith can’t cook, like at all, but that doesn’t stop her from trying. the idea of being able to care for others and provide for those she loves appeals greatly to her, but it’s as if she’s cursed and can never produce a good meal.
I can’t decide if it would be funnier if beel is the only one who eats her food or if even he dislikes her cooking. regardless, lilith is always deeply upset when she realizes people aren’t eating her food. she will sulk for days, and then she just can’t let it go. she’ll bring it up all the time, and when she thinks no one is paying attention, she’ll get into the kitchen and try perfecting the recipe (spoiler alert: she never does, it’s just a matter of distracting her with something else).

It wasn’t often that Lilith was allowed to enjoy the mortal realm, the restrictions keeping demons in the devildom had been tightened all thanks to one of her brothers. Yet she hadn’t minded, it had even soothed her. That was until humans had actually been summoning her, a sudden counter-culture that didn’t see her as a wicked woman but rather a woman mistreated and scorned. It kind of sucked how much a change in reputation had affected her.
Coming to the world of humans made her nervous, the last time she had spent too much time within it, she had nearly lost everything. That had been a different time, the world and the people had changed so much since then. Looking around the room, Lilith’s eyebrow rose as it fell on her summoning sigil.
She didn’t even hide the surprise and confusion she felt, it was clearly written all across her face. “Did a man really call upon me?” Though it wasn’t impossible, it was certainly a rare occurrence. “Tell me: do you believe in demons?”
don’t reblog, but I found a rl faceclaim for Lilith

The idea is to finish my replay of Iori’s route soon, and hopefully it’ll make my inspo for him rise.
incoronare:
Peach could only stare in mild horror at the beautiful demoness. She swallowed the lump in her throat, on her hands and knees as her head tilted up. Her father was dying and Peach was only twenty-four. Her brother was nowhere to be found and she wasn’t ready to lose her dad, nor was Fungoso ready to lose it’s king. She couldn’t take over yet, her father had to get better but God wouldn’t answer her prayers, he wouldn’t lift a finger to help her or her father.
She knew this was the last thing she should have done, knew it went against her faith and everything Peach believed was right but it was the only option. The princess wasn’t even sure if it’d even work but here she was before a sigil and now a demon.
❛ Um… ❜ She didn’t look like a demon, she had imagined someone much more frightening. She imagined flames. She imagined hell. But what she got from summoning a demon was a beautiful woman. ❛ I did. My name’s Peach, ❜ she piped up, voice heightened by several octaves.
Lilith turned dark hues towards the princess, gazing at her with an amused smile. How curious. This was not the usual type of human to call for her, it was a wonder that the summoning spell actually worked... but perhaps desperation had made up for the lack of expertise.
Her interest piqued, Lilith decided it couldn’t hurt to hear what they had to say. “And what is your heart’s desire, Miss Peach?” she asked, taking a slow step closer. “Power? Wisdom?” Surely money and riches weren’t a problem, nor beauty. But the greed of humanity had always found ways of surprising her from time to time. But there was something about the woman before her that didn’t give Lilith that impression. “Go ahead, speak. I promise to at least hear you out,” the red of her lips catching in the light.
Would you make a pact with her? 😳

lilith is 100% over-protective of her brothers, and she looks mean and is kind of critical of people, but deep down she’s absolutely the one who is on the verge of tears in the middle of a confrontation (but it just sounds like she’s super pissed), asking you to not hurt her brothers, please - even mammon.
While her brothers are the avatars of the seven deadly sins, Lilith came to be the avatar of melancholy. Keeping the fact that she had fallen in love with a human and was willing to break a celestial law for them a secret to most (save for Lucifer, Diavolo, and Barbatos), there was an unexplainable sadness about her once they came to the devildom.
She hates the title, it mocks her pain, and yet she also knows that most would explain her sorrow for a mortal life coming to an end as nothing more than melancholy. “Why are you getting so worked up over a human? Their lifespans are always super short, that’s like grieving for a fruitfly!”
It’s upsetting to her, and just sends her into a deeper funk, knowing that no one takes her sadness seriously when she can’t help but feel it so deeply that she’ll start crying in the middle of confrontations, arguments, or even idly conversations.

Iori’s way of talking has been described as cold and clinical. He isn’t one for flowery speech and usually keeps an unbiased analysis of things - but just because his analysis is unbiased, doesn’t mean he doesn’t treat people based off of his own biases. (A person may be a harworker, but he’ll still challenge them to impress him and prove they aren’t just there because they had the right connections or something)
Iori’s butler is called Matsunaga and he’s the only one who can actually make Iori behave well. One word from Matsunaga and Iori will (somewhat reluctantly) change his tune. Matsunaga is pretty much the only person that Iori considers his family.
He has a horse that he calls Princess, it’s real name is Snow White, but she doesn’t like to answer to it. But Princess is just perfect considering the horse is spoiled rotten and Iori is quite doting on her, always going out to his vacation home where she (and Matsunaga) live, so he can take her out for a ride.
I love Lee because half the time they’re just so unimpressed with everything
and the rest of the time, they’re excited over things like a flash sale at the grocery store or coupons
I think after Belphie and Beel, the brother that Lilith is closest to is probably Asmo. Their interests in fashion and talking about love just makes it so easy to hangout together and gossip. It’s also probably not hard to believe that Asmo was aware that Lilith was sneaking around to see someone, but he just thought it was nice to see one of his siblings letting loose, and she never allowed him to find out that it was a human. Because she didn’t want him to become an accessory to the affair if it was ever found out, and she was scared that even just talking aloud about it would alert the whole celestial realm to her forbidden love.
