"Josh, baby, it's time to get up." you said, shaking his shoulder slightly. Groaning, he turned away from you, pulling the covers over his head further, "Leave me alone." he mumbled, falling back asleep. He was always so stubborn in the mornings when you had to wake him up. "Fine, I'm going down to the Starbucks in the lobby. When I get back, you really need to get up and motivated." you sternly told him, grabbing your key card to the room and left to go down to the hotel lobby. You ran into some of the crew who were already up and about to heat to the arena the boys were supposed to play at tonight.
As you stood in line to order, you browsed your eyes over the menu to see if anything different caught your eye aside from your usual order. Deciding to stick to what you knew, you stepped up to the barista at the cash register and gave her your order, making sure to get Josh a coffee as well with a shot of espresso as a pick me up. You even ordered him a medicine ball to drink to aid any possible pains and aches he might have from the concert the night before. Adding on two breakfast sandwiches, you paid and stood to the side to wait on your order. Thankfully the lobby was pretty empty by now so it didn't take you long to get all your drinks and food. Carefully carrying them back up to the room, you let yourself in, setting everything down on the small desk that sat in a corner.
Bringing the coffee over to Josh, you hovered the opening under his nose, "Joshy, I brought you coffee." you said in a sing song tune. His eyes slowly peaked open looking at the cup, licking his pouty lips that had gotten a little dry while sleeping. "I even got you a breakfast sandwich. If you get up you'll be able to eat it in bed instead of the van." you further enticed. That seemed to be the trick to get him to slowly sit up, rubbing his eyes with both his hands before taking the cup from your hands. Grabbing the food you got for him and setting it in his lap, you left him to slowly eat and sip his coffee. As you were brushing your teeth in the bathroom, Josh walked in, setting his cup on the sink's counter then wrapped his arms around you from behind to hug you. "Thank you for the coffee. It was exactly what I needed. I'm going to enjoy the medicine ball as well." he whispered in your ear, kissing your neck softly. You smiled, spitting out your toothpaste before responding, "You're welcome. Something I had to remind myself yesterday is the reason why weâre all here. The reason we all have connected and tried to form such amazing bonds. Itâs the music. The creation of sound that binds humans together and has for centuries. Itâs so damn easy to get lost in the negativity that you completely forget all of the amazing things that have happened.
So with that, I am here to be thankful for what I do have. I am here to appreciate every single one of you that are here for the right reason, that are respectful and that are doing their best. There are so many of us that have done everything right and are getting overshadowed but the flood of negativity.

You were also slightly exhausted from the hustle and bustle of the Kalamazoo show the night prior, so you planned to use the time to recharge. You were laying down in nothing but one of your favorite robes, one made of lavender silk. You had chose to feel comfortable while reading a book Josh had bought you, rejecting the idea of confining clothing. No matter how hard you tried to focus on the book in your hand, you were incredibly distracted by Joshâs closet. It seemed to have a type of magnetic energy to it. It was almost calling to you, persuading you to open it and quiet your curiosities. You couldnât stay away if you tried. You didnât fight the urge too hard, though.
Now, you stood in front of the open doors, running your fingers across the colorful array of satin and crushed velvet. The colors were all more vibrant than they appeared on stage, and you admired how each one had its own uniquely intricate design. You were especially drawn to the one from the night before. The jumpsuits from the previous tour were beautiful, but you had seen many videos and pictures of them from the fans and photographers. This one, though, was still fresh.
The vibrant gold embodied the exact aura of Josh, and you thought about how perfect it was for the opening night. The appliques were arranged throughout the fabric in just all the right spots. You imagined Josh in front of you wearing the suit, you running your hands down his chest and around to grab his hips. The suit itself was beautiful, but the duster is really what caught your eye.
You were slightly disappointed that Josh hadnât worn it longer during the show. He looked so elegant, like a king of sorts. You hadnât noticed the details in the fabric until now, and you were growing more and more curious about how it felt to wear it.
You checked the time to see that Josh was set to be home in around 30 minutes. You had plenty of time.

Your heart dropped with the grin that you were wearing. You snapped your head to see Josh leaning in the doorway of your bedroom. You hadnât heard the front door open or close. You were supposed to still have a little bit of time before he came home. Confusion mixed with embarrassment in your expression. Josh, however, kept his normal smirk as he let his eyes gloss over your body.
âWhat? Are you not happy to see me?â Joshâs unusually low tone caused even more goosebumps to adorn your skin.

He shook his head and began to walk to you. âNo, I know what you were doing, baby.
