Hanyou no Yashahime: Where is Shippo?
Just watched the 9th episode of the second season of HNY, and I'm already excited for the next. I'm still waiting for that episode where Moroha can finally meet and talk to her parents - been waiting since episode 1 of the 1st season.
Other than InuKag, there's one more character I have been missing - Shippo. Where is he? As far as I remember, he has not appeared in any episodes now that Moroha, Towa, and Setsuna are grown up. I'm sure the writer won't remove his character just like that, so I'm expecting a comeback.
It's even possible that it would take a while before we see him again to make sure that his metamorphosis will make sense - I mean, we will see him again, this time as a young man. Heck, I'm even considering the idea that maybe he's the love interest of Moroha! (hahaha). The writer previously mentioned that the three would eventually have their own love interest. Based on the previous episodes, we can tell there's a possibility between Towa and Riku and a hint on Setsuna and Hisui. But nothing has been hinted at on Moroha.
Though it's pretty unusual for a love team between 2 main characters who are both comical in nature unless the writer really plans to make Moroha and her love team a comic relief. Hopefully not.
The Shippo and Moroha ship is just an inference - quite a funny one, actually. Something I can't wrap my head around yet. But anything can happen, right? What I'm almost sure of is that Shippo is already a grown-up (at least around Hisui's and Riku's age) the next time we see him.
