A friend sent this to me asking if I’m doing this in the sims. I wish!!

This is so bizarre. I only have 3 more years to live. And by that, I mean I’m only going to live until I’m 30.

Why? Because I’m not made to get old. I thought I was built for that, but I’m really not. It’s taken me a couple of years to come to that realization but what makes me sad is that I’m going to be making my parents sad. They’re the reason I’m still here if I’m honest. My mom especially. If it weren’t for her, I’d be long gone. I’d break her heart if I were to leave now. She’s the one person I don’t want to make sad.

But she doesn’t understand the pain I’m in. She doesn’t know I’ve been barely hanging on during these past few years. The smiles and laughs Elegantly hide my true feelings and I wish I could get her blessing to depart. I’m their only child so that makes things 10x worse because I wish I could just leave everything with a sibling. Like saying “at least you have a backup plan”. Isn’t that what siblings are in a way? A contingency plan?

Naya Rivera was a mom, a sister, a daughter. She was an actress, a singer, a writer, a model. She was a latina woman who went through a lot in this life. She was always vocal and open about important issues such as homophobia, racism, toxic relationships, sexism, motherhood, abortion. Her character in Glee was probably one of the most influential and important representations for the LGBTQ+ community and she always talked about how Santana was important for young LGBT people and how proud she was for being able to represent something good. If Santana ever helped you, Naya was so proud of that and of you. She changed lives.

Thank you, Naya. You’ll be remembered and missed.

In ancient Egypt, Bastet was the goddess of the home, domesticity, cats, fertility and childbirth. She was known to protect the home from evil spirits and diseases, especially those affecting women and children. Bastet was also the daughter of the sun god Re (the all-seeing eye).⁠
