unpopular opinion: bratz wasn’t that shitty, it wasn’t “mysogenistic” or “teaching girls to be slutty” like no it teaches girls they can do whatever they want and actually had more than 2 races, and the majority of the main protagonists were women of color. notice how they didn’t sexualize the girls just for wearing crop tops or say that “revealing clothes and being confident is bad.” the girls stood up for themselves and each other. and to everyone complaining about that one episode where chloe says she needs to maintain good grades to work on the magazine and the bratz girls say she needs an easy A class, what is wrong with that? clearly, this magazine is something the girls are passionate about, and will likely help them out later on in future careers, and I don’t see what’s wrong with wanting to take an easy class that you will enjoy.
