4 miles (run 4min/walk 1 min) accomplished!! I never would have thought I could gradually build my body back to running/walking this distance a few weeks ago. Lesson learned .. everyone's body does pregnancy different. People will give you advice & tell you what they could or couldn't do, but you just have to listen to your OWN body, make it your OWN experience, block out the "you just wait untils" and take YOUR journey one day at a time.
