If you've been into Hetalia for more than five seconds, you've probably run into this picture, but just tonight, I was surprised to find that it was actually made as a promotional piece! (UK3 in the top corners is kind of an obvious tip off, but I never caught its meaning.)

This was for Iikuni Tsukurou Sekai Kaigi UK-hen Tea Time Magic 3 Haime, which is a doujin event held every year (sometimes twice a year) for distributing doujin books & merch that feature England. These events still run to this day, by the way!

The art was drawn by Asamura Kaori (浅村 香理.) Their pixiv account is no longer available, but if you'd like to see more of their work, their ID used to be 1826544 which you can input into any pixiv archive sites or relevant google searches.
