It is 100% true that there isn't one particular age that is the best when it comes to parenting. Lately my daughter and I have been bonding over ITYSL and, sure, the Gymboree days were beautiful but so is this.

Weekend plans are all sorted. Wish I was patient enough to wait til next weekend to see Oppenheimer in IMAX 70mm. Ah well, 70mm celluloid is likely going to be great, too.

And while I'm on the subject of Oppenheimer, I have to recommend this (if you can find a copy). One of the best plays I've ever read. Tells the story of Dene miners and what happened to them and their ancestors after they worked (unwittingly) to mine and handle the uranium ore that was used in the bombs that were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
