I wanna start a fast... I think I wanna fast for like 5 days(it's complicated)
The way I have the WORST genetics known to man omg I looked like absolute shyt since the day I was born and it will only get worse lol

I really wanna fast for a week+, hopefully I make it lol. I wanna do like an experiment and see what hapns to my body if I fast for 11 days in combination with this very specific workout program
Day 1- 11/13/24
-3lbs (-3lbs total)
I can't believe I dropped 3lbs without even trying... just kept busy. I'm gna start tracking my food (not my calories just yet because alot of my foods are homemade and not packaged)
I didn't workout today :( but hey w.e I'll get to it eventually

Hey guess what... I am gna joke about kms, if that makes ppl uncomfortable then oh well. It makes me feel better and hey if it makes ppl who are not so nice a lil nicer then that's just icing on the cake.
I wish more anas knew its all about moderation and you do not have to give up your favorite foods.
And its a bonus if you think about it. If you're not constantly cheating to eat your favorite food, you won't grow tired of it, you get to keep eating it without fucking up your progress.
