Meet the couple Stanche Sweatman & her husband, who are temporarily living in the Arctic Alaska in Barrow. At times the sun never sets, and it seems so cold but looks so right. They shoot with just an iphone 5/5s, and the photos are frigidly spectacular.

No one ignites some Caribbean wanderlust the way Fernando Samalot does. His adventures through Puerto Rico are amazing, and encapsulating. They are full of light, color, sun, and water. The themes of his feed have to to with travel, nature, waterfalls and oceans and lakes, and exploration of the open world.
While doing some research for this post, I have discovered that not only is he an amazing photographer with sixteen thousand followers on Instagram, but he is a well known musician within Puerto Rico. (For those who don't know, hang gliding is an unpowered flying apparatus for a single person, consisting of a frame with a fabric airfoil stretched over it. The operator is suspended from a harness below and controls flight by body movement.)
Nathan takes you along with him on his flights, in flight, pre flight, alongside, it's really quite thrilling to join in on the fun with him! This hashtag is brilliant, hilarious, and such a note on our technologic society as it is in it's modernity today. Most of us know, or have heard of the word "emoji" before, and it's great to see someone bring them out of our texts and word-based conversations and into a more permanent visual way.
It is a relatively newer and less-used hashtag, and I would love to see how these guys are able to amp it up once the new emoji's come this fall!

If you love aerial shots, Vin Farrell is your MANNN. With a continuously climbing follower count (currently at 16k), Farrell is always up in the air with the @NYonair team! In the professional world Farrell is the creative director of Havas Worldwide, one of the largest integrated marketing communications agencies.
Although I found very little information on Vin, his pictures "don't need explaining". His aerial shots are perfectly composed, often placing an emphasis on the geometry of the grid as it relates to maps and architecture of the location.
For those who know the Showtime drama Weeds, his pictures always get me singing the shows theme song! Little boxes on the hillside and they all look just the same :)

Alex Strohl is a Madrid-born, French photographer currently based in Canada with over 165,000 followers! His images are flawless, showing these gorgeous snowy landscapes looking like fairytale locations that I may have once read about in a book.
His compositional skills are impeccable and his editing captures every tone at a perfect sweet spot. I love to see images from Alex and just pretend I'm there in that moment just briefly as I double tap and then swipe down my Instagram screen. Alex's Instagram is one reason that visiting the Vancouver is pretty high on my to-do list!
