I took a very long break and tried to force myself into recovery - I’m back now, but heavier, and it’s disgusting. Someone please give me advice and motivation (toxic if needed), many of the communities I was in last year have been taken down </3

I love playing Mozart and Chopin! I do play a variety of pieces across a range of different eras, though my favourite songs I’ve played has to be river flows through you and moonlight sonata.❤️

Nothing matches the feeling of watching others eat and not joining in. I feel like such a horrible, toxic person, but the high I get when my friends around me eat full lunches while I sip a diet coke on an empty stomach is incredible.

Summer is nearly over, yet another one in which I don’t get a perfect bikini body…. At least there’s always next year I suppose:,)

For someone who’s terrified of food, I sure eat a lot of it 😭 I think I’m managing to get back on track with some help though, only obstacle is my parents..:,)

On a side note, does anybody have any low cal snack/meal ideas for when I go back to school? I really need to lower my intake, and my biggest weakness is snacking:,)
