SERSI STANDS BY HIS SIDE, where Ikaris enjoys her presence best. Out of all of them, he feels closest to her. Perhaps, she brings out the best in him, in a way. He turned to look at her, the look in his eyes softening. Her heart was the size of two hearts together. It made up for the lack of compassion Ikaris has shown towards the inhabitants of this world.
"But it's not our fight, Sersi."

"THEY'RE MAKING YOU SOFT." Ikaris glanced back at her over his shoulder. Moments before, he'd turned his back towards Sersi. They were a little like a family, all of them together. Constantly exposed to history writing and repeating itself as humanity continues to evolve. What feels like the blink of an eye to them, lasts for decades for humanity.
"We can't stay here. I know you like it here, but it's not feasible. We ought to move, unless we want to raise suspicion. We don't grow old like they do."

IKARIS PONDERED ON IT for a moment longer, leaning back in his chair. A devastating plague was wreaking havoc all across Rome. The corpses would litter the streets shortly, if it hadn't come to such a point yet by now. In truth, he didn't care too much. It was a waiting game, if you were to ask him.
"There hasn't been much progress since last week. The stench of dread has increased, riots have added onto the number of deaths. Soon, I think it may all come to an end."

WHAT IS YOUR OTP FOR YOUR CHARACTER?
Hmmm I don’t know if I really have any OTPs for Ikaris. I do like him being with Sersi and I think he’s also been with Thena at some point (at least in the comics iirc). But there’s not really a ship that currently stands out above the others for me.
WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO WRITE WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING?
I don’t really have a lot of stuff that I won’t write. I’ll take your angst, feels, fluff, smut, slice of life, etc. etc. — Things that I absolutely won’t write are all in that category of ‘things everyone with a braincell knows are BAD’ (eg. incest, shipping with minors, noncon/dubcon, etc.)
HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?
Ikaris is technically really old. Of course, like I sad in the above question, I’m not going to ship him with underaged characters. I haven’t really had the opportunity yet to ship with someone on this blog who doesn’t write one of the other Eternals. I think if it ever occurs, I’ll take my faceclaim’s age as a reference point to decipher what age Ikaris would act around humans, and then go from there. So it’s likely some kind of case by case scenario.
ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?
I think Ikaris offers a lot more opportunities for shipping than some of my other muses. As long as we vibe ooc and there’s potential between our muses, it should be able to happen.
HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY ARE CONSIDERED NSFW?
I usually tag anything that goes beyond kissing/hands wandering off as NSFW.
WHO ARE OTHER CHARACTERS YOU SHIP YOUR CHARACTER WITH?
I could probably find ways to ship Ikaris with the majority of the other Eternals. I can see him trying with historical figures as well, and of course there’s always potential for muses from different fandoms!
DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU?
I can’t read between the lines so if you’re like “oh shit I ship this”, it’s probably best you tell or ask me otherwise things will likely go far over my head for a really long time.
ARE YOU SHIP OBSESSED OR SHIP MORE-OR-LESS?
I think it could be fun to dive into that aspect of Ikaris’ life. As someone who’s been wandering this earth for many years and many lifetimes, there must’ve been plenty of opportunities for him to find love all around the world in different points in history.
ARE YOU MULTISHIP?
I can barely get one (1) ship in my entire life, so I can’t say how I feel about stuff like this. I think Ikaris is one of those muses who can make it worth giving a try.
