They go into fight-or-flight mode when flustered despite not really wanting to hurt their love interest. After some time as they get more used to being affectionate with their love interest they will feel less flustered and will gain control over their aggressive impulses.

SAYAKA:

When Sayaka first met you, she thought you were just really shy, and she found it adorable! While introducing herself, she playfully teased you.

Your face turned red, and you accidentally punched her in the face so hard that she fell backwards. "Ah!" She let out a small squeak. She looked up at you and asked, "Um... I'm sorry, did something I say upset you?" Sayaka's voice was soft and gentle. You covered your face in shame and embarrassment. "N-no! I'm so sorry, I don't know why I did that! What's wrong with me..!" You said, feeling incredibly ashamed.

Sayaka lowered her head, her face hidden in shadow. It made you feel even worse, but suddenly she lifted her head with a smile on her face. "It's okay, Y/N, don't worry about it!" You helped her up and asked, "Uh... Are you okay? I punched you pretty hard..." Sayaka chuckled slightly and replied, "Yeah... It hurts a little..." In reality, it hurt a lot, but she didn't want you to feel bad or for you to use your fists on her again.

She had a strong intuition that you didn't have any malicious intentions when you punched her, and she had a knack for reading people. As you spent more time with her, you slowly became more comfortable around her. And when the two of you started dating, you stopped getting so embarrassed over simple affection. Well... You still got embarrassed, but instead of taking it out on Sayaka with your fists, you learned how to control yourself with a little help from her!

MONDO:

Mondo always gets nervous around girls he likes, so it wasn't surprising that he acted that way around you. Most girls tend to get scared off by his loud behavior, but you were different. You got easily embarrassed around him. So, could it be said that both of you are nervous around each other?

Well, yeah. The only difference is that he doesn't hit the girls he likes. "What was that for!?" Mondo asks, his tone rising. "I-I'm so sorry! I couldn't control myself, it was a reflex!" Now Mondo wasn't sure what upset him more - the fact that the girl he likes punched him or that it actually hurt.

Mondo has a severe complex about appearing weak, so the fact that a girl hitting him hurt made him feel weak. "W-why aren't you saying anything... I'm sorry, I really didn't mean to!" You apologize once more. "Don't worry about it! I didn't even feel it!" He says, trying to convince himself more than you. "Really?" You ask, confusion evident on your face. Normally, people would admit it hurt a lot. Your doubt made him slightly more frustrated, but he managed to hide it well. "Hell yeah, it didn't!"

Sorry if you wanted a gender natural reader for Mondo but it was way easier for me to write a female reader when it comes to Mondo!

KAEDE:

When Kaede first saw you, she couldn't help but call you cute because of your adorable appearance. Little did she know, that was a big mistake. It made you feel so embarrassed that you reacted impulsively and ended up punching her.

"W-what was that for?" she asks, clearly confused. "Oh my goodness... I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to! I'm really sorry, it's just a reflex for me when I get embarrassed. I don't know how to handle it, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you, I apologize!"

You blurt out your words in a rush, feeling remorseful. "I-it's okay..." Kaede says, a small bead of sweat forming on her cheek. "One apology is enough..." She says, trying to smile nervously.

Just like you, Kaede can be impulsive at times, but she's trying her best to be patient with you, hoping that you'll do the same and learn to control yourself around her. And if you do, that would be great!

But even she can lose her cool sometimes, especially if you continue to react the same way even when you're dating. "Y/N, please stop hitting me!" she exclaims. She holds your hands in hers and looks into your eyes. "Please, just calm down!"

KOKICHI:

He would quickly notice how easily flustered you get around him and would take advantage of it by teasing you. When you hit him, his mischievous expression lingers for a few seconds before he dramatically bursts into crocodile tears.

"WAHHHH!! H-how could you hurt me like this!? I was just trying to be friends with you!" Your lips tremble slightly as the blush remains on your face. You try to think of something to say to diffuse the situation, but before you can, he laughs.

"Nee-heehee! Just kidding! You're obviously too weak to hurt me!" That was a lie.

Kokichi continues to tease you, testing your limits. Sometimes it's hard to keep up the facade of being unfazed when he pushes too far. One time, he couldn't hide the pain when you kicked him in his crotch. He fell to the floor, clutching himself. "Agh..! I shouldn't have told them to be rougher!" he thought.

Over time, you start to get used to his teasing, which sometimes annoys him. He doesn't like it when you don't react the way he expects or stop paying attention to him. That's just boring!

MIU:

Miu is Miu, no doubt about it. It's no wonder you feel embarrassed when you're around her. She's always making those sex jokes and whatnot. So, in a fit of embarrassment, you lash out and smack her in the face.

"What the hell!?" Miu exclaims. "What's your problem!?" She asks, caught off guard and feeling defenseless. "I'm sorry, Miu!" You apologize. "Sorry? Are you apologizing for hitting me or for your lack of chest size!?" She bluntly questions. Your face turns even redder as you struggle to find the right words. "Oh, what's the matter? You seemed pretty confident when you smacked me right in the face!" She reminds you. "Listen, Miu... I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to!" Miu scoffs. "Just don't fuckin' ever do it again!"

When she noticed your fearful expression, she simply asked, "Are you okay?" Only to receive no response. Well, unless you count flinching as response. "D-did I do something wrong?" No, Kaede, you didn't. She attempted to coax the reason out of you, but after several tries, she lost her patience. "Can you please tell me why you're so scared to be around me!?" She snapped.

However, she quickly composed herself and apologized. Kaede decided to take things slow with you from then on. "Hey, Y/N! How about we visit my lab? I can teach you how to play the piano and perform for you!" She proposed with a smile. You hesitated. "Y/N... If I were to harm you in my lab, it would be obvious that I'm the culprit." She said.

"What if she's just trying to gain my trust? What if she's pretending so I'll trust her, we'll become close, and then she'll harm me, and everyone will console her, never suspecting her as the culprit?"

"Y/N!" Kaede stood in front of you, poking your cheek. You let out a small squeak. "Ehehe... Sorry, sorry." She playfully apologized. "Let's go!" You followed her out of fear, mostly.

Upon entering her lab, she offered to teach you piano. Her standing behind you, ready to strike at any moment? No, thank you. You'd rather watch her play the piano to ensure she doesn't do anything. As she played, the music was beautiful and soothing. You couldn't resist closing your eyes, ignoring your anxious thoughts screaming at you not to do so.

She saw your expression and felt a bit relieved. You weren't shaking, which was good. After finishing the piano song, she waited for you to speak. Silence filled the room for a few moments. Lost in the music, you forgot about being alone with Kaede. She was someone you were scared of due to her personality.

You stood up to leave, but Kaede gently held your hands. Despite not gripping tightly, you couldn't move. You froze. "If you want to come to my lab again, let me know! I'd love to play the piano for you!" Kaede said, releasing your hands. You timidly replied, "I will..." before exiting.

The melody lingered in your mind as you fell asleep easier. Being an overthinker and not very brave, you were afraid of Kaede. "Was I too rude? Should I apologize? No, that's what she wants! She's messing with my head! But... she seems genuinely nice..." Woah, here you go overthinking again!

Eventually, you found yourself back in her lab, learning to play the piano. Despite making mistakes, Kaede remained patient and continued teaching you. Slowly, your fear lessened as you grew closer to Kaede each day.

As you reluctantly woke up, you couldn't help but frown. You were hoping to escape this nightmare by not waking up another day. But alas, here you were, forced to face another round of despair. However, you had a secret weapon to keep up appearances - your happy pills. With a sigh, you got out of bed and reached for the bottle, popping a pill into your mouth. Almost instantly, a wide smile formed on your face, masking the turmoil within.

"Y/N... If you don't mind me asking... What's that?" Shuichi inquired, his gaze fixed on the bottle of pills. Your smile grew wider, your eyes widening even more. The pills had taken hold of you, making it impossible to stop smiling. You felt scared, yet couldn't stop smiling.

"Oh, those? They're just candies!" you replied cheerfully, placing your hands on your hips.

"Do you mind if I take a look at your... 'candies' then?" Shuichi asked, his curiosity piqued. You handed him the bottle, knowing that refusing would only raise more suspicion.

Shuichi examined the bottle closely, his brow furrowed in concentration. He read the label and his eyes widened in realization. These weren't candies at all - they were happy pills, a type of medication used to regulate mood and emotions. Shuichi looked up at you, his expression a mix of concern and confusion.

"These aren't candies, Y/N. They're... they're drugs," Shuichi stated, his voice filled with worry. Your grin didn't leave your face at once. Well... It couldn't.

"Oh, don't be silly, Shuichi! They're just vitamins to keep me energized and happy," you insisted, trying to brush off his concerns. But Shuichi wasn't convinced.

"Do you think I'm dumb?" Shuichi questioned you.

"Do you honestly believe that I would fall for something like that?..." He paused, waiting for your response. Do you really think he would believe they're just vitamins?

"Listen.. Y/N, I've read numerous cases about people ending up in the hospital because of 'happy pills.' You could easily misuse them or lose control..." Shuichi was correct. Your smile turned into a more crooked one. Unable to contain yourself, you burst into laughter.

"Hahaha! Oh, Shuichi, you're blowing this out of proportion!"

"Not a big deal?..." He fell silent for a moment before continuing.

"Of course it's a big deal! I don't want to lose someone again. e-especially not you!"

When Gonta shared what he had discovered, you were filled with excitement. You were eager to see if it could help you and the others escape, so you all quickly went there.

However, as you and the others continued to fall, Kaede was about to convince everyone to try again when Kokichi interrupted her:

"You know what really hurts? Being denied the right to give up in an impossible situation...You won't let us give up and no matter what we say, you have the moral high ground...When you say we can't give up, you're not inspiring us-you're strong-arming us!"

He said.

"We shouldn't have to push ourselves...Lets just find another way out, okay?"

But you didn't want to.

"No way! I am not giving up!"

You shouted. There's no way you'll stop now when you've already started. And as you shouted it out, you began to try the tunnel option again. You didn't even care if someone would join you or not.

Kaede :

When Kokichi mentioned that she was "troturing" the group, she realized she was being too pushy. And your determination to keep trying didn't help much, as she thought it was because of her. She didn't want you to get hurt, after all.

But she couldn't stop you. You were too determined and didn't listen to a word she said as you went ahead.

But, of course, you failed.

"Y/N, are you okay?"

You didn't have time to reply.

"I gotta try again..."

You muttered to yourself. And you tried once more, only to get injured this time. Kaede quickly grabbed your arm and shook you a bit.

"Y/N, that's enough!"

She yelled out with a mix of worry and a hint of anger. But she wasn't mad at you, no. She was mad at herself. She thought she had pushed you too far and blamed herself for your injury.

"Alright..."

You said, feeling exhausted.

"Y/N... I'm so sorry."

She said.

"Huh? What are you sorry for?"

You asked, confused as to why Kaede thought it was her fault. In your eyes, she had done nothing wrong.

"Kaede, don't blame yourself for that!"

You reassured her.

Himiko :

Himiko was exhausted. She couldn't comprehend how you had so much energy. It must be because you relied on her magic, right? That's what Himiko believed, at least. Despite your repeated attempts, you failed once again.

"Nyeh... Y/N, I've run out of MP. You can't keep going."

She told you.

Your determination wavered, and you couldn't help but chuckle. Deep down, you knew her magic wasn't real, but you decided to play along.

"Oh, I understand! I guess I can't continue."

You said.

"Did you get hurt? If so, once I have enough MP, I'll heal you with a spell."

Kokichi :

When you disagreed with Kokichi and decided to give it another shot, he didn't try to stop you. As you attempted once more and, unsurprisingly, failed, Kokichi exclaimed:

"Y/N! You really shouldn't continue! You'll end up hurting yourself!"

But you chose not to heed his warning. It's Kokichi, after all... It's hard to tell if he genuinely cares or if he's just being his usual self.

In your second attempt, unfortunately, you ended up injuring yourself.

"See, Y/N? I told you so! But you never listen to me... It's because you hate me, right!? WAHHHH! You're so mean!"

You simply crossed your arms and patiently waited for him to finish his tantrum.

You claimed, but it was obvious that you were lying. Your legs were even trembling

He remarked. Summoning the last bit of strength and energy you had, you attempted once more. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible decision. Now, not only are you even more fatigued, but you've also injured yourself.

"Hmph... Are you finished now?"

"Yeah... I think so..."

Maki :

Wow, what a determined idiot you are! As she observed your desperate attempts, she believed you would give up soon. However, you kept pushing forward. Even when exhaustion set in, you refused to quit. Unfortunately, you ended up getting injured. She couldn't help but let out a sigh.

"Stop it, you fool. It's pointless. You're not getting anywhere with this."

She expressed. Yet, your determination was unwavering. You yearned to escape so badly. One more try couldn't hurt, right? At least, that's what you thought. Oh dear, it hurts so much. Maki just stared at you with an annoyed expression. She approached you.

"Stop being so reckless."

She said coldly before tending to your wounds.

"Sorry..."

She was really enthusiastic. Every time you attempted, she continued to cheer you on.

Unfortunately, you couldn't succeed. Despite your repeated efforts, you ended up getting hurt and feeling a bit embarrassed, especially with how much she was rooting for you. In the end, you still lost.
