They ate your slice of cake
Summary: You had saved a slice of cake to eat later, but when you opened the fridge, all you found was empty space.

Chrollo was washing the plate he had eaten the cake from when he saw you looking for something in the fridge. He instantly realized that you were probably the one who put the cake there and started to feel a little guilty.
"Was the slice of cake yours?" He looks away, waiting for your answer. "I'm sorry, I didn't know it. I'll go buy another."
"Feitan, the cake was mine!" You pointed at the empty plate.
Feitan thought it was a bit stupid, but he lowered his head, mumbling a small "sorry". Later, he offered you a random candy he found.
He was sitting on the couch when you entered the living room, already snorting and complaining.
"Are you talking about the cake that was in the fridge? You took too long; I thought you didn't want it anymore. I can buy another, but only if you beg..."
When you entered the kitchen and saw Illumi with the empty plate in front of him, the man instantly sighed.
"I ate it. I'm sorry. I'll go buy another"
When Kite finished eating the cake, he already knew it was yours. To make up for it, he made you a new cake (He's surprisingly good at cooking). When you entered the kitchen, he was there holding it and saying, "I only remembered the cake was yours when I finished eating it, but I made another one to apologize."
When you opened the fridge and saw the empty space, Knov was innocently reading. When you pointed out that your cake wasn't there anymore, he closed the book and said, "I didn't really think about it when I saw the cake. Do you want me to buy another one?"
Kurapika entered the kitchen and saw you looking for something in the fridge.
"Was the cake yours? I thought you didn't want it..." He then put a hand on your shoulder and said softly, "We can buy another, okay?"
He was lying all lazy on the couch when you appeared, already angry, asking where your cake was. Leorio didn't even try to hide it and smirked.
"It was there, completely forgotten. I only ate it before it went bad." He then patted his belly, "It's stored here now."
"Machi, that cake was mine!"
"It looked too good. I couldn't resist. I can make another if you want, love. " She smirked, trying to make you forget that you were angry.
Meruem entered the kitchen holding a book. When he saw your face, he instantly knew what was happening.
"I think that your face is like that because I ate the cake that was in the back of the fridge, hidden by the other containers. I understand that I made a mistake. I don't want to fight with you, so I can try to make a new one."
Morel was quietly smoking outside the house when you appeared at the door.
"You would eat that cake now, right? I came back from work so tired I couldn't resist." When you just stared at him, he chuckled and took a drag on his cigarette. "I can go, buy another cake and pretend that I never ate yours."
You found him in your room with the empty plate on the nightstand.
"You ate MY cake, Nobunaga!"
The man raised a brow and answered, "If you didn't want me to eat it, just don't leave it in the fridge."
She was washing the dishes when you appeared behind her, asking where your cake was. She sighed and smiled guiltily.
"It looked so good. It was almost inviting me to eat it... I can make you a cake to make up for it, though."
You walked into the kitchen and saw Pokkle with chocolate on the corner of his mouth.
"Was it yours?" When you don't respond and just stare, he lowers his head slightly. "I thought you left it for me, sorry."
Shaiapouf appeared behind you with puppy dog eyes. "Please forgive me! I didn't want to, I swear, but the cake was there every time I opened the fridge, so I couldn't resist. I know I was a terrible boyfriend, but don't hate me because of it. I can make you a brand new cake, or if you prefer, I can even buy you a new one. All for you and I won't eat any of it, I just look at it!"
Earlier, you had already told him that the cake was yours and that he couldn't touch it, but when you got home and went to eat your cake, you stared at the empty plate. Shalnark entered the kitchen playing with his cell phone, but froze when he saw you.
"Before you get mad at me, it was an accident. I was just looking at the cake and before I knew it, it was already in my mouth."
Shizuku was leaning against the wall when you closed the fridge door.
"You wanted the cake now, right? I ate it… but I can go and buy you another."
"Shoot, where's my cake?" Shoot stared at you with wide eyes when you asked it.
"Oh, it was yours? I thought it was there because you didn't want it. I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I'll buy a whole cake just for you!" He's already putting his shoes, ready to go.
