I've literally experienced the exact same thing after using these subs.

I think the safest thing to do for subs is to make your own! You can do this by typing affirmations into a text to speech site and downloading them or you can record yourself saying affirmations.

It's best to use first person affirmations and also using past tense can help e.g. I can shift, I have shifted, shifting is easy for me.

What I like to do during the day is while listening with headphones, play the affirmations on a low volume while I play my spotify over the top. You should do this for at least 30 mins a day.

Then for when you are actually trying to shift you should overlay the affirmations on to a recording of some theta waves or white noise.

Oh, well that’s interesting. I wasn’t aware people had such negative experiences. I haven’t been making much progress and have been listening to them almost exclusively. There goes my remaining subliminals on my playlist, lol.

Personally I imagine it would be hard to prove whether it’s good or not either way, as there seem to be positive and negative experiences on both sides, but it’s best to be safer than sorry so I would recommend dropping it.

I’ve been wanting to make my own subliminals for a while, and I’m probably gonna start soon.
