it's been about 2 years since I've started this new lifestyle journey. It's been tough at times and I've wanted to quit. I want to better myself so I haven't. I've made a lot of progress and have come a long way. I could barely run for 5 minutes straight when I started and now I've successfully completed 2 15k's, with competitive times. I wouldn't say that's bad at all. I can do it. I can't let school get in the way of my fitness. Next semester it's going to be different and the gym will be apart of my schedule, not fitting the gym into my schedule. I've waited much too long to be comfortable in a bikini and this summer I will be. Mark my words.
