People will always have a differing opinion on some random topic. It’s not about who’s right, its about hearing the other person out and respecting their thoughts despite it not being your own. You don’t have to agree with my opinion, but I do ask that you respect my opinion.

Its been two weeks since the great divide occurred. 

I’ve always heard that it was hard to be the one that stands against the group, but I didn’t realize how hard it would actually be. Standing up to enemies is hard, but standing up to your friends is harder... I mean until you realize they probably never were your friends.

Appeasement

Appeasement does not work.

Historically it just escalated situations and resulted in more harm that helpfulness. So what do you do when two sides of an issue leave you feeling like you’re appeasing the same bully?

I mean I know it’s true, but that’s the issue with having a hopeful heart.

The Greatest Show Man Reaction

It goes back to what I love to say about Authors and Writers and how crucial their role is in society. They string words together beautifully, and breath meaning, lessons, feeling, and much more into things that need to be said.

The soundtrack will never not be relevant to someone.

But as someone who has their share of struggles, who doesn’t ever have a million dreams that involve a chance to rewrite the stars that have led us to where we are? This is me though, and it will never be enough for some. And I wish I could see the other side of things but at last cannot.

I haven’t been on here in a while. I didn’t really want to come on today but I figure I should post something in regards to what’s going on.

Apparently its crap of people to vent, disclose, and confide in other people. I was told that I’m shit because of my depression. 

To which my response is, “No Shit, its I wasn’t aware how shit depression is, how shit I fell, and how my shit feelings are projected into other people... INTERESTING. But go on...

No but seriously, there will always be people that say they support you then give you a reason to walk away... and the the real treasure is when they fight back willing to stay.

At some point, the chemical in balance in our brains started and it continued spiraling from their. It's weird to think one day your head was producing and using the right amount of serotonin, dopamine, etc and then all of a sudden it didnt. And the condition kept getting worse and it can only be fought off through retrials of different medications to see what fits and therapy.

A teacher once told me, that we read to learn about ourselves. And at that point in time, I thought that was dumb. Then I started getting introduced to books where you empathized with different characters. And the only thing I can think is- how amazing is it that someone could create a character that is relatable, and then find a way to define the things you could never find words for.

What a weird time to be alive...

So, up to New Years Eve 2017... all the adults will have been born in the 1900s. and all the minors will have been born in the 2000s. Seriously, it is a very interesting time to live in. 

Btw... Roaring 20s was so last century... Its called the Screaming 20s now.

Intrusions/Intrusives/Invasives/ETC.

The thoughts that motivate your anxiety and feed your depression. They speak not truth, but “What-if” Conditionals that may hold a level of truth. But could also be false and therefore invalid towards the situation at hands. 

But how scary is it knowing that you have this crazy thought-monster in your head, that whispers in the darkest corner of your mind, some strange delusion and that in an instant, an action occurs.

Someone once told me...

The monsters we believed to live in our closets and under our beds, they’re not actually there. Its something we made up in our heads... only we didn’t make them up. They really do exist in our head.

People who hurt often are hurt themselves. And that I get. Why wouldn’t you want to hurt someone in a way that makes them feel exactly what you feel. I don’t agree with it, cause then you just look like a jerk continuing the cycle. But is there validity in the theory that going through the same pain helps you relate to perpetrator?

Granted, Intent and Motive aren’t mentioned here and thats a key factor. 

But in pen and paper, when its an argument. Don’t you want the other person to see your side and recognize it as a valid opinion?
