Back when everyone was stuck inside, Alison Mosshart launched a dozen projects at once. Her solo single “Rise” finally saw the light of day thanks to the Sacred Lies series, with a bluesy b-side (“It Ain’t Water”), videos she shot and edited herself, and a reissued art book to top it off. “Even when I’m showing support,” she said, “it sounds menacing.”
