Wii deleted you has me at a grip so hard I am SICK AND TIRED OF WAITING FOR THE FANDOM TO REVIVE.

So I'm goanna write really shitty headcannons to quench the thirst of the people (and myself)

I'm a lil shy boi, I'm used to writing satire fics usually so don't cry and scream when you see me having weird wording, I write like I'm texting my father that I don't want to visit for thanksgiving.

Don't expect anything more than HCs usually, I might also branch into other fandoms when I start hyper fixating on smth else (Wii Deleted you is one that ALWAYS comes back though)

I wanna encourage other ppl to write Wii Deleted you fics and just make more WDY content in general, we only have each other out here yall.

Also expect me to disappear for months and be all shy, I will take awhile to get used to writing serious headcannons and such.

-SH/SA/Abuse Is ok in terms of like comfort hc's/ some of them reaction hc's (I am bad at writing but I will try for yall)

-Srry yumeshippers and people with OCs but I'm not goanna take Oc or Sona x char requests (I love yall but I already have to worry about characterizing the character right, and I want my writing to be for every1)

-If you want a specific gender then make sure to add it to your request, otherwise ill just make it gender neutral

-Also I will not write any proship/darkship content or whatever yall call it (no non-con even in satire fics, sa/sh/abuse in scenarios where its actively happening between the char and reader, basically nothing TOO toxic don't get me wrong I can write some mild toxic stuff but keep it on the lighter side) Also no age regression, I just don't feel like I understand it enough to write it and it isn't smth I would feel comfy writing.

-I also will take those lil anon emoji things where ur like "Hi omg its flower anon hi" But I wont keep a list of it so don't expect me to remember. Basically just it's not a horrible forbidden rule like in some writers blogs.

UPDATE ABOUT THE WII DELETED YOU DATING SIM

(Long ass rant but trust me it all ties back to the game development ok) So I havent made an update in like four months I think and I want to just make an update generally talking about the game. IT ISNT CANCELLED, but WDY isn't my main hyperfixation right now and I've been busy with other stuff like my oc comic and such, this was a side project for me and this account is a side account. So basically, I am not goanna work at the pace of like professional visual novel creators, I haven't even made a visual novel before and I'm horrible at WRITING and making fanfiction. When I do get back to working on it all of the art I had finished needs to be redone because god DAMN was it ugly asl and too close to my normal style, plus the writing was shit also and thats something I think I just have to accept is no matter what I try I will ALWAYS be HORRIBLE at any sort of writing, when doing fanfiction it takes me HOURS just to finish a paragraph and it still feels unnatural, I get so jealous of those fanfiction writers who know how to make characters interact normally, who can actually APPLY their knowlage of a characters personality, who can write long fanfictions and have good ideas. Sorry this turned into a kind of creative vent but it really REALLY hurts to have all these ideas and be unable to put them into motion. All I can do is draw, animate and code but what is it worth if I cant make comics, fanfictions, visual novels, all of these things i've desperatley wanted to make for years. And this isn't just "p-practice!!" Because trust me I've tried, I just CANT. No matter how much I study the writing of other fanficions, comics, visual novels, I can't replicate it, I have a deep rooted avoidance for making long stories. I feel like this is my biggest hurdle I need to get over before I can say I'm ready to continue story-wise development on the dating sim. I'll probably work on some new art and stuff here and there but unless I can actually write a single oneshot and be okay with it, I don't want to bring dissapointment to an entire fandom of people because of my horrible writing. If you have any tips on how to actually write long and GOOD fanfiction let me know because I struggle really hard. Also I think some of my general lack of productivity is because I am low on iron and like 16 other vitamans in my system, never work out or go outside and have no sleep scedule or meal structure.

I just wanna put here im changing up todds route a bit.

Im kinda bad at writing him but bear with me here

Hes not goanna have the traditional route the other guys have bc hes yk. YOUR BOSS. in the game and you cant rlly just go up to your boss and say "heh lets go on a d8" or sum shit right?

So to do todds route im thinking im goanna add options to ignore the freetime events (so then you work extra)

also!! how the platonic vs romantic endings are set up is you get an equal amount of each points per good interaction, but theres goanna be three choices per character across the days that is basically just platonic vs romantic. (3 so it cant be even, so 1 "plat" point vs 2 "rom" points would give you the romance ending with that character.)

BUT Todds route will be a little different with only one of those types of choices on day 5. on the other days todds interactions will be somewhere between romantic and platonic so its ambiguious.

I just wanted to share that bc i couldnt imagine him having normal events like the others and i like rambling about how my coding works.

anyways, I'm making progress on the lunchbreak events and I'm almost done with mikes morning route. I made Austin's placeholder sprites and 3 new backrounds.

So I finished the first part of henrys route!

Henry has all his default sprites done aswell.

things ive added/worked on since the last post:

Made the script go until lunch break so far

Johnathan, Mike, and Todd placeholder sprites (theyre so goofy looking help)

Figured out how to move sprites to the left and right

new cursor and added some more music tracks.

added the backround for the players office

and that's all I can think of!

(You can also have one positive and one negative interaction with Todd now)

Before I go to bed I'm goanna work on: Austin placeholder sprites, more backgrounds for lunchtime, the other guys beginning of day routes.

If were talking when the game will be finished I'll estimate like a month?

I'm planning five days of gameplay with atleast 19 different planned endings so far (4 are coded in and 2 are currently achivable)

Spritework and cgs and backrounds arent too hard bc the game has a sketchy look kinda like the animatics. I MIGHT color the cgs tho.

I'll release a demo version when day 1 is done (as in the morning events, lunchbreak events, and the end of day wrap up)

I'm like super exited I love coding now I wanna make so many VNs after this hhhhhg

so as you can see here i added a custom text box and have made progress on the script!!

I finished all of henrys sprites and made placeholder sprites for todd

After I finish all of henrys routes (romantic, platonic and the bad end) (plus the like overall bad end and mayb some others idk) I'll release the first demo version of the game on itch.io.

I have the page set up with two early prototype builds but there's like no content theyre pretty much just tests.

I fell out of my wdy obsession for awhile but now I got bored and wanna make a visual novel so im planning to make one!! (have some of the base code down)

I want this to be able to cater to all wii deleted you fans so im thinkin up a LOT of endings that will be added overtime, basically it will be a WIP type thing. I'll release it when the base 5 endings are done and then add updates from there.

This is like a dating sim where you work at nintendo of america in 2006, and basically it's a chance for every self inserter to like indulge in their fantasy (me included) of like working there and doing some shit.

The base plan for the game is: Route for Henry, Austin, Todd, Mike and Johnathan (main 5 routes on release.) Then I wanna see if I can make platonic routes for those familial yumeshippers out there or those who just wanna be friends with tha wii deleted you men (i see u), and in platonic routes mayb u can get characters together (I'm planning mayb johnmike and henstein if i can even code that shit)

Also I might add sam and kyle (MAYBE nathan and will) in the future as platonic routes. Don't ask how that will work lorewise idk.

Mayb its just an AU where nothing goes wrong and kyle is just a moody teen instead of traumatized and like him and nathan had different drama that happened and shit idk.

Its not goanna be all sunshine and rainbows bc im goanna have bad endings where like henry still kills austin and then gets electrocuted or just generally failing so bad you make them hate you or ruin a ship? uh.

I might need to make a burner ko-fi acc or just rebrand my old patreon bc i wanna start making vns for my fav fandoms like this bc we ALL be fallin in love with random characters and if i dont do this who will.

Anyways, be prepared (unless i loose intrest, ill try not to tho bc the coding is easy in renpy and i can always change dialouge later so)

The testings going well so far i managed to make dialouge, options, backrounds and sprites work, added fonts, and added the games soundtrack

-You buy the Wii from the same store Sam buys it from idk

-He was surprised when you didn't delete him at first sight, having a similar reaction to Sam when you saw Eteled pacing nervously.

-Obviously you started asking about him and who or what he even is

-He explained that he was a soul trapped inside of a Wii and also obviously his whole spiel about "not deleting Miis"

-After awhile (like a few days) you guys became friends and you would talk to him when you got off work (or your unemployed ig)

-I feel like he would be clingy (and henry too by extension) because he never really had any friends or anyone to even talk to

-So if you have a job he'll probably sit around and wait for you to come home (and probably get into a fight or two with CM, or they might just talk.)

-Ok kinda random but if you had your Wii hooked up to a laptop or were like rich and had a TV in your kitchen he will teach you how to cook or just supervise you like he's fucking Gordon Ramsey

-If you wanna kiss him he thinks its silly to go up close to the screen like that, but he will if you really wanna kiss him.... digitally.

-You also pick him up a lot with the cursor and shake him. He will scream at you (he likes it)
