its hard to say they have much of a relationship because they arent really people

noli creted aspx and Raspx as his little helpers and i guess they kinda see them as their children (but then again they see everyone thats not on the same power level as them as a child) if there was no noli thered be no aspx 's

i imagine them as siblings relationship wise but their kinda like those siamese cats in that one movie with the song that was probably made by disney .i dont know i never seen it they talk at the same time, rhyme together, and finish each others sentences
